'Front lobby looked and smelled great, I wish I could say the same about the room. As soon as you opened the door a bad odor from the carpet hits you. Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go. Staff was friendly'

First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover.
