Overcombe - geschikt voor 4 personen in 2 slaapkamers

  • Overcombe is een prachtig appartement met twee slaapkamers aan zee en biedt uitzicht over de hele baai van Woolacombe en kijkt uit over het Combesgate-strand, een populair surfstrand aan het ene uiteinde van Woolacombe Bay. Het slaapt vier comfortabel in twee slaapkamers. Overcombe ligt naast Cliff House.

    U zult het moeilijk vinden om deze uitstekende locatie te verslaan met enkele van de beste uitzichten in het resort. Overcombe heeft een grote woonkamer met een bruin lederen suite (3 en 2 zits) waar u kunt zitten om te genieten van het uitzicht als u niet buiten op het terras op het zuiden geniet! Digitale tv met Blu-ray, dvd / video, een cd / radio-speler met mp3-aansluiting en wifi zijn beschikbaar samen met games, boeken, dvd's en video's. Er is zelfs een tv / dvd iPod-dock en videospeler (er zijn enkele kindervideo's om naar te kijken) in de 2e slaapkamer. Er is een opklapbare tafel en stoelen in de woonkamer als alternatief voor buiten eten of in de keuken. De eettafel in de keuken biedt plaats aan vier en de keuken heeft een wasmachine / droger, magnetron, koelkast / vriezer en grote vaatwasser.

    De voorste slaapkamer heeft een weids uitzicht op zee met een kingsize bed en tv. Ga rechtop in bed zitten en zie de zee! Gewoon geweldig!

    De 2e slaapkamer heeft 3 'eenpersoonsbedden en heeft een kleine badkamer met douche, tv / dvd / iPod-dock en videospeler, omdat er een selectie van kindervideo's beschikbaar is. Beide slaapkamers zijn smaakvol ingericht in overeenstemming met deze mooie kustomgeving.

    Er is ook een familie badkamer met douche boven een bad. Zaterdag omschakeling. Beddengoed en handdoeken inbegrepen, hoewel u zelf strandhanddoeken moet meenemen. Parkeerplaats voor 1 auto. Inchecken na 15.00 uur en uitchecken voor 10.00 uur.

    Verwarming en warm water inbegrepen. Sorry geen huisdieren. Reiswieg, kinderstoel, bed bewaker samen met enkele voorschoolse en basisschool leeftijd video's en boeken voor kinderen. Alleen voor één auto parkeren. Opslag voor planken en natte pakken in winkelgebied net binnen de garage (eigenaren hebben de rest op slot met hun spullen). Er zijn gespreide stappen van parkeerplaats naar appartement.

We have enjoyed many lovely stays in Overcombe. The views are superb and it is well positioned for walking into Woolacombe village and along the SW Coast path. It is cosy even when the weather is inclement and is well equipped.

Wonderful apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location with stunning views along the bay, it's located close to the local amenities and is fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. All in all a great stay and we hope to return soon.

Never get tired of that amazing view!

Our favourite area to stay in Woolacombe with great views, pretty beach coves and beautiful walks to Morthoe. Overcombe provides everything you need for a home from home stay, always feel very relaxed there. Fantastic views from the lounge and bedroom, we will be back soon!

Another Amazing Holiday

This was our fourth time to Woolacombe and the second stay at Overcombe, having stayed two previous years in Cliff House. We love it here. Overcombe is fabulous with stunning views across the bay. Woolacombe is small but offers everything that you might need for a week or so away. Access to the house is not for the faint hearted - you need to be prepared to walk up a steep hill, which fortunately we love doing. We will be returning again for sure! Thank you for another amazing holiday.

Beautiful location and a great place for looking out when the weather isn't great

This was our 2nd visit. The property is well equipped and in a great location. Situated at the quieter end of town with beautiful views across the bay. Apartment is very comfortable and we have enjoyed both visits. The property would benefit from some TLC and in depth cleaning in some areas but nothing dreadful to report.

Great views!

The flat was clean, comfortable and spacious. Some nice walks can be done from the flat to nearby cliff paths. As others have mentioned, parking is a bit tight, and it is a steep climb from the parking up to the property. But what makes this property special are the views, which are fantastic. We enjoyed many hours just sitting and looking out of the windows, especially when the weather was poor. Overall, highly recommended, and would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic weeks holiday at Overcombe. The view was breathtaking. The accommodation was very clean and cosy, and had everything in it we needed, It was very comfortable and plenty of space for clothes etc, We will definitely be going back.

Lovely location for a break away

A very comfortable property with stunning views out over the cliffs to the beach and sea. If the weather co-operates the outside seating is perfect for enjoying dinner and the loungers are great for chilling. Location is away from the business of the main beach so is a relaxing place. The property is pretty well equipped - we cooked 5 nights and most mornings. The view from bed is great even when it is raining. When it isn't too windy having the doors open and listening to the sea when in the lounge is a must. We have booked again.

Lovely holiday in Woolacombe

Overcombe is a lovely apartment on the ground floor ( though if you park in allotted parking space there is a full flight of stairs up to the flat , with rail, if your neighbours agree you can access on the level if they’re happy for you to drop off on their drive , this is what we did as Mum s mobility not great) . Once inside there is everything you need, beautifully clean and fantastic sea views. You get the sun morning til night, can watch the sun set on the terrace. 10 min walk along esplanade into Woolacombe and 10 min up the hill to Morthoe. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Easy access to coastal paths and other lovely walks. We had a lovely holiday here would highly recommend, so long as you have good mobility

An Apartment in an Idyllic location

Overcombe - on the hillside between Woolacombe & Mortehoe - is situated in an idyllic location looking South along the 2 1/2 mile stretch of Woolacombe sands & Sea towards Croyde. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable & very homely. Very suitable for those who just like to relax, or for the more energetic a perfect place for coastal walking, and for surfer enthusiasts! ( The only possible downside for those advanced in years(?) may be the flight of external steps upto the property.

A nice comfortable apartment with excellent views. Well equipped and spacious. The commanding views over Woolacombe are unbeatable. Parking is tight and requires quite a bit of manoevering that will test your skills. The approach steps are very steep and lengthy so may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, well worth the climb though.

We had another super week in Overcombe. The weather and views were as fabulous/dramatic as ever and we hardly used the car all week! The measures put in place by Holiday Home Hunter as a result of Covid 19 were impressive in their practicality and detail and we felt very safe both in the apartment and out and about.

Rooms with a view!

Overcombe is a self catering apartment in an idyllic setting with superb views of Woolacombe Bay on the North Devon Coast. The property is part of a small complex built on the hillside between Woolacombe & the small village of Morthoe, and is the perfect Residence in which to relax,unwind, from where there are pleasant walks - and of course swimming! (the only possible downside for the elderly or infirmed are the 25 external steps upto the apartment). I thoroughly recommend this holiday let.
