'Fab house for my family of 7 to celebrate my birthday!Perfect position in the town for cafes, pubs and restaurants and shops. Also close to river where safe to swim which we all enjoyed…highlight as so hot Only down side could not get in till 4pm (3pm would have been more acceptable as would 11am on day of departure instead of 10am) requested but had to pay extra!'

'very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way'

'The cottage is situated amongst farmland environment. We received a great welcome and very helpful information for good eating and trips. Excellent views Kevin and Tracey were very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Overall a wonderful stay and I highly recommend them.'

'My family and I had a marvellous time at Hay-on-Wye whilst staying at Gipsy Castle Lane. The house was very nice and all we needed was provided for. The interior/design of the house is smashing and the location is perfect.'

'WeL asked with the value for money for the apartment which could comfortably sleep six people with two good size bedrooms upstairs, a good size, bathroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you needed and was well stocked with plates cups and glasses and you could quite easily stay there for a longer period of time and just a weekend .
