I did not like that I paid almost $500 for a room that they did not have ready until 2 hours after check in. We waited over an hour in the hotel lobby for our room to be cleaned. When I asked about a discount I was given a free drink with my breakfast that already comes with the booking. All and all this was a mediocre hotel. The check in clerk wreaked of cigarettes and she was on FaceTime with a bunch of children when I asked her how much longer my wait would be.

The room was clean, but the service no good at all, the breakfast very very very poor and the service in the that cafeteria for breakfast they are so rede specially if you talk Spanish if you speak English they are better more or less but the service is disgusting, I wouldn’t go there again, las señoras de la cafeteria son terriblemente odiosas, especialmente si les habla español, cosa que no entiendo porque son de Puerto Rico y su principal lengua es español, pero son súper groseras de verdad si van a ese hotel no compren el servicio de desayuno incluido porque no vale la pena ellos solo tiene 2 o tres cosas que no son buenas, además no vale la pena ir a desayunar donde te tratan mal, mujeres tan groseras.

It is not worth the money they charge. $160 per night for a cold room with ugly rusty shower, pilling ceiling, broken furniture, cracked switch plate covers and HVAC that spotted heating in the middle of the night. HVAC is terrible. If turned to a heat mode, it will blow cold air out from 30% of the supply air duct.
