The space
This is a two-level townhouse with two very different personalities.

Upstairs, the living room greets you with dramatic vaulted ceilings and a skylight that fills the space with natural light. Hardwood floors run throughout, and the open floor plan connects the living room directly to the fully equipped kitchen — granite countertops, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee bar, and a breakfast island with seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own TV, a private workspace, and a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the deck. The second bedroom has a full bed and its own TV as well. A full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer complete the main level.

Downstairs is a fully finished entertainment suite. The game room features a large OLED TV, a PS5 Pro, Apple HomePod surround sound, neon signs, and LED mood lighting — a true cinematic setup. The bar lounge has a curved bar top, a wine fridge, and green velvet bar chairs, perfect for your group to gather and unwind. A large sectional sofa and coffee table round out the space.

Outside, a private deck off the master bedroom has outdoor seating and a grill — great for morning coffee or an evening outside.

Driveway parking for 3 cars is included, plus additional street parking on the quiet dead-end street.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home — all rooms, all floors, and all amenities. This includes the main living area, fully equipped kitchen, both bedrooms, the entertainment suite and game room downstairs, the bar lounge, and the full bathroom.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the private back deck with outdoor seating and grill, the backyard, and the front yard. Driveway parking for up to 3 cars is included, with additional street parking available on the quiet dead-end street.

The whole space is yours for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note
Noise: Quiet hours are strictly observed after 9:00 PM. This is a townhouse with a neighboring unit, and we ask that all guests be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Sound system: The HomePod speakers in the game room must be kept at or below 50% volume at all times. Exceeding this level will disturb the neighboring unit.

No parties or events: This home is for guests staying overnight only. Parties, events, and large gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.

Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is permitted outside only, at least 20 feet away from the building. This applies to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other smoking materials.

Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.

Stairs: The entertainment suite and game room are located in the finished basement and are accessible by stairs. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.
