Thing i didnt like on leaving the cleaners looked like a family man wife and kid opened my door no english, didnt like the way they were not knocking wouldn't have felt safe. I asked the way out, asked if they spoke english and the kid young boy insulted...

Nice food, very friendly staff and nice breakfast. It was my first stay, but hopefully not my last. My routing when travelling in the UK varies, but I hope I can include the Forest Lodge in my future travel plans. It would be worth driving a bit extra to arrive here. '

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent—fresh and well-prepared. "De hotel en locatie zijn verder prima, perfect voor een korte reis. De lift daar en tegen was niet zo goed, het duurde telkens veel te lang voor dat ie op je verdieping was en de speakers in de lift bleven bij elke verdieping maar aangeven dat de deuren open en dicht gingen. Na een paar dagen woed dat heel vervelend."
"Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep.
We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future.
No info about breakfast because we didn’t need it but you are conveniently next to a service area so there are options available. You do need to walk to these, it seems, because upon leaving the hotel in our car, the only way we could go was towards the exit to the highway.
