'Sam ( Manager), was very welcoming ,approachable and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. The bedroom was immaculate , there were plenty of warm drink provions, soft towels and toiletries provided. Our breakfast foods were fresh& tasty- there was a variety of cereals if you wishes, cooked breakfast, warm and cold drinks. Parking is at the front of the hotel and only £6 per night. Only received a refund when we complained and pointed out that had I come and just bought a coffee I would have been eligible for free parking as I would have been considered to be a customer. But not considered to be a customer when staying overnight. '

'Very clean one bedroom apartment. The location was too rural for us and both the front and rear windows looked out to farm yards. The communication from the host was poor. When we arrived the apartment key was left in the lock and we were not sure if the host was going to greet us or not (we normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something a bit different).
