'Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. '

'Staff was very friendly. At checkout even though slightly before 6am we were told to help ourselves to breakfast before we left. Room was disappointing other than bed. Blinds were broken, tub backed up and someone else’s hair came up, no fan in bathroom, toilet handle loose and about to break. Not what you expect from Hampton.'

'I saw 1 hotel employee during my entire stay. Check in process is done via a video screen and you're talking to someone virtually, takes much longer than it should. The door to my room could easily be pushed open even when locked. Overall it looked like the hotel had not been vacuumed in months. '
