'This is my favorite property on SSI. Our room overlooked the pool and the ocean. They have excellent service, several pools overlooking the ocean, and beach access as well as a restaurant and bar inside. It's everything you need for a worry free vacation.'

But the best part was the hotel, our room was beautiful, pool area was a delight to sit out in the evenings and enjoy the beautiful plants. 'The property definitely gives what you pay for. The rooms can definitely use an update feel. There are minor/simple things that can make the room better looking. Updating the paint on walls maybe some accent decor, discard the bedding if it has spot on them. The overall stay wasn’t bad the pictures advertised should reflect the room my personal opinion.'

'The rooms are very dark, very small windows. Also the fact that you have to continually have the hvac fans on in case of the fire alarms going off, was a pain. Lastly the mattress was old and needs replacing.'

'Great ocean view room but room above must have been rented to elephants who stayed up all night stomping around. Shower water pressure was awful and sink did not drain. Garbage was strewn all over in the AM but it was a holiday weekend. Also there is a surprise $30 a night resort fee that was charged separately when checking out that was no included in the Expedia charge. We've stayed here before and had a wonderful time but this room was not wonderful and did not get charged a daily resort...
