'This hotel is a wonderful throwback in time. Such a great example of what it would have been like vacationing in AC decades ago. It has old charm with update bathrooms and showers with old themed hardware. No elevator. The room and the overall property was very clean everywhere. As staff was very good. So many antique pieces. Little noisy but it's AC and if your doing it right you won't notice LOL. Overall a great stay. A bonus is the Chelsea pub right next door, open late with food. Such a nice...

'The second you walked into the building, it reeked of smoke. Even though it was supposed to be smoked free. In our smoke free bedroom, smell of smoke to the point when we came home the next day and I went to put on my CPAP machine my CPAP machine smell of smoke front desk staff was very unhelpful useless basically'

'Very nice location and in walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. We did not have enough towels and toilet paper and blankets for the room. But the staff were nice and helpful and provided us with what was missing.'

'It was Close to the boardwalk and the price was reasonable. We stayed close to Tropicana resort.they do provide complimentary breakfast, but we didn't stay for that. As far as the room goes, it was somewhat clean. The moment we walked in you can smell the overpowering of clorox/musky to it.we couldn't really get a good night sleep because of the noise and activity plus the sirens that was going on all throughout the night. They have a pool there also. It was ok. We probably won't be back.'

'Fantastic place! Food was very good at their restaurant. Room was clean. The elevators were a pain but there’s 32 floors so they take a while. The carpet on our floor was filthy but that was the only negative thing about the place. Staff was incredibly friendly. The view off our room was beautiful. The area is pretty safe for AC. I can’t wait to go back.'

'Rooms are clean staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s pretty simple place buildings definitely dated and it needs better upkeep. But , like I said, the room was definitely clean. It is no longer $14 for the resort fee. It’s $15 per day plus you have a $12 parking fee per day. If you book on site, there is a $250 refundable deposit but through Expedia it is only $100 refundable deposit.
