'The staff could not have done more for me, friendly cooperative helpful.
The TV was giant--too bad it did not work.
Reservations were a huge pain in the arse. An adventure in unnecessary frustration. EXPEDIA inserted themselves in the process obstructing everything. Could not enter my hotel membership card. Could not access the two discounts I had. In the end, when I signed out I was given a receipt with NO AMOUNT on it. How much did it cost me? I think I should dispute it with my credit card...

'Everything was great except for a couple of things, we had 4 people in the room and we only had 3 towels and 2 wash rags. We asked for a towel and 2 wash rags and they only gave us 1 towel and 1 wash rag.
The other thing was the bed was hard as a rock! Other than that it was ok.'

'Great customer service at bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping strip. Room service took about an hour to bring water and clean towels. Carlos bartender was amazing. Charlene at underground has exceptional customer service care. Prices are great. Would stay again'

'Cons were the bathroom sink drained very slow and there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap only one bar of handsoap. I had come prepared with our own restroom supplies so it didn't bother us much.'
