Closer to home, you’ll benefit from easy access to scenic walking and cycling trails that cut through the hills and follow the banks of the local waterways. You’ll also find a good choice of local pubs to visit when returning from day trips, including The Boat Inn and The Cross Foxes (both within 3 miles).


Step into this welcoming red-brick barn to find characterful and spacious accommodation filled with quirky touches, modern comforts, and plenty of opportunities to unwind. Enjoy your holiday meals at the wooden dining table here or alfresco out in the garden. The first of three bedrooms is also on the ground floor, offering a flexible super king-size zip-and-link bed with an en-suite shower room – well suited to those with limited mobility. Upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms await: a master king-size and another flexible room with a zip-and-link super-king bed. Serving the bedrooms on this floor are a family bathroom and a separate shower room. You’ll also find a fun-filled games room at this level, featuring a pool table, table football, and a chess set.
