Geluid voorzijde 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers duplex is perfect voor een stel of gezin met kleine kinderen! Deze lagere unit aan de overkant van Banken Channel biedt een geweldig uitzicht geluid! De toegang tot het strand is vlakbij. Maak een wandeling langs de rand van het water en hebben een lunch of diner in het Oceanic Restaurant. Crystal Pier is terug open voor het bedrijfsleven, dus neem je vistuig!

De open keuken / eetkamer / woonkamer komt uit op de overdekte veranda. Geniet van het uitzicht en de wind, terwijl schommelen weg! Gedeelde entree trappenhuis.

Buitendouche. Parking voorzien in een gedeelde 2-garage, met een extra ruimte in de oprit. Bezetting: 4. Niet roken. Geen huisdieren.

Great Place!!

The unit was very clean and spacious, it was just my wife and I but we could have brought the kids and used the second bedroom. We would definitely book this property again.

Fantastic place

Very clean and nicely decorated. Even though we didnt cook or eat in. It was well stocked with dishes, coffee makers, ice maker and utensils. Loved having morning coffee on balcony overlooking waterway.

Great place

Perfect spot for sunsets and just a short walk to the beach. Nice having sound access across the street. There is also a public dock a few houses down. Place was stocked with all you need. Enjoyed the stay and will be back.

This is a lovely 2-bedroom sweet space with a cozy sitting area. Super comfortable, and amazing sunset views over Banks channel. The neighborhood is charming, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. Also a five minute walk to Oceanic Restaurant/pier with beautiful ocean views & Sundays coffee shop - we loved both places. Definitely would stay here again and give it a 10/10.

Good stay with some troubles

The stay was good, the only problem we had was that when we showed up, the washer and dryer was not working. A new stack washer dryer unit was brought in, but the installation was not scheduled at all, and men just showed up in our rental house with the new stack unit. This was not ideal with 2 children under 2 years old in need of a nap. The installers also did not even install the washer drain hose, leaving it next to the washer. When we ran the first load of laundry, water was running all over the floor! When we figured out the problem, I had to pull the unit out and install the drain hose myself with what tools we had on hand... Aside from the washer dryer hang up, the stay went well.

We were here for a family wedding. It was a great location for all the different activities. We enjoyed the view of the bay from our balcony and we were in walking distance to the beach. The place was very clean. Everything in the description was accurate except there was no iron which we really needed.

Great vacation!!

We truly enjoyed our long weekend at Wrightsville!! The unit was super clean!! It was not a far walk to the beach and being able to take our floats across the street to the waterway was awesome!! We will be renting this unit again!!

Love love love

This property is cute as can be. The view of banks channel is gorgeous with ample seating. Easy walk to the beach, Oceanic and Sundays for coffee etc. Kitchen is good we’ll equipped. Living room furniture was great too. The bed rooms were big! They could hold a king in the master and a queen with a twin in the other room. Beds were comfy. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Everyrhibg was accurate. The only issues ibhave was the parking. It said room for two vehicles and according to the signage at the property, that was incorrect and I had to pat for parking which was an added cost

Best Rental in Wrightsville Beach

We vacation twice yearly in Wrightsville Beach and this rental, South End - Dalton, is, by far, our favorite. We've stayed in numerous places during our various trips and we always come back to the Dalton. It is structurally beautiful, always clean, well appointed, full kitchen with a stunning view of the water from the deck. It's walking distance to the beach and our favorite restaurant - the Oceanic, superlative coffee shop - Sunday's and our regular hang-out - South End Surf Shop. We're returning in January and Dalton was our first choice but it was already rented. The only negative is that we always have to return home, however, we plan to move to Wrightsville Beach in 2 years and look forward to finding something just like the Dalton as our new home! I would recommend them most highly!!

We had a fabulous stay at our rental. The place was absolutely fantastic! The only thing was the fan for the AC ran continuously and they didn't get the part until after we left. Otherwise we loved it there!!

Great Location

Location of the property was great! This isn't your typical VRBO though. Since this actually rented through a rental agency, it doesn't offer the conveniences and "touches" typical VRBO properties offer. For example, they wouldn't not put the sheets on the bed. When I pay as much in fees as we did, it would be nice to have the beds made up. I will say, the unit was very, very clean. Also, the view was amazing and we loved the porch as well as the super quick walk to the beach!

Nice with drawbacks

Nice place, good location, clean, nice views. Check-in is cumbersome (you'll have to go to the office to get a key) and you'll be responsible for putting your own sheets on the bed and doing the dishes/putting everything away at the end of the stay - this isn't an AirBnB. Also, the driveway can't fit two SUVs, so if you plan to bring two, know you'll be responsible for paid street parking.

Falsely advertised as VRBO

Had to go to the Realty building even with late arrival. VRBO does not do that. Inconvenient. Condo was not cleaned and was filthy. So we had to clean it just to sleep in it. After a half dozen phone calls arrangements were made for them to come in the morning. Otherwise an ok place. 5 minute walk to the beach not too bad.
