  • Ocean front in het hart van Wrightsville Beach! Dit prachtig ingericht 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers stadshuis heeft 2 decks met uitzicht op de oceaan. Geniet van een prachtig uitzicht en de oceaan briesjes!

    De open woon / eetkamer met zijn ruime dek is perfect voor een feestje. De goed uitgeruste keuken, 1 slaapkamer en badkamer zijn ook op dit niveau. De bovenverdieping master bedroom beschikt over een eigen terras, en de meester bad. Er is ook een logeerkamer en aangrenzende badkamer.

    Achter de garage is een afgesloten ruimte met ping pong tafel. Dit prachtige unit is gelegen in het hart van Wrightsville Beach, op slechts een korte wandeling naar winkels, restaurants en supermarkt. Verhuurt wekelijks of maandelijks. Bel voor de maandelijkse tarieven.

The location and view can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable.Living room furniture could use a refresh - unit could use an overall upgrade - but if you’re looking for a clean oceanfront place to stay this will fit the bill!

Convenient

The location was convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a great view. The lifeguard post was at our access point, which gave us much comfort.

Perfect place to stay

This place was everything we were hoping it to be. Very clean and bright and fit the needs of 5 adults. It is only a few steps to the beach and very convenient to many restaurants and shops. The view from the decks was beautiful. Would definitely go back!

Great Beach Spot

The location is hard to beat - literal steps from the beach. Could watch the sunrise without leaving bed! The interior is nice if not a little rough around the edges. Overall we had a great experience, and would stay again.

The location was amazing being located oceanfront. It was wonderful to sit on both of the decks and take in the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean. It was a beautiful thing to witness the magnificent sunrises right from the primary bedroom and lower deck. The convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, shopping and church is priceless. We would love to make this an annual family vacation. This wonderful oceanfront home in the heart of Wrightsville Beach definitely captured our hearts!

Wonderful time

We could not have asked for a more perfect home and location! Though the interior is a little outdated, (my husband and I got a giggle out of the under cabinet stereo system) the stay was all we could have hoped for! The linens were clean and the location was superb! We will definitely be back! PS - there were beach chairs available :)

There was one roll of toilet paper/bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towels. Dishwasher held gray water in bottom after running a full cycle and it smelled. No dish soap in kitchen. 2 frying pans and lobster pot for cooking. Total of 7 forks and 8 spoons(primarily soup spoons), one mini-cube ice tray that wasn't filled. Filthy under beds. Warped pin-pong table in basement off garage and very musty. But, i will say it is a Great location!!!

Location, location, location

We truly loved our time at Wrightsville Beach. The house’s location could not be more perfect. Watching the sunrise each morning while laying in bed was bliss. Only thing I would note is the amount and steepness of the stairs. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time for my elderly mom but she did great and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well supplied if a tad dated in a few areas. I never rent the same place twice but I’d stay here again anytime!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks and being right on the beach. The house could use some updates and maintenance (no screen on slider, sliders hard to open, ripped screens on windows) but those issues do not take away from your ability to have a nice vacation. The furniture is nice, linens are fresh and clean, house was very clean!

Fantastic location

Very nice house with great location steps from beach access. Gorgeous views from living area and master bedroom. You can hear the waves! The kitchen is very basic (no tea kettle, only very basic utensils) and come prepared as it wasn't stocked with things like a sponge or soap. The upstairs main bedroom toilet was in need of repair and unfortunately wasn't fixed by the time we left. Overall very nice.

Beach Life

Absolutely amazing location. One minute walk to the beach. One minute walk to coffee, dining, night life etc. The unit was a bit dated. Some bugs trying to get their share. Garage area had a smell. Bring ping pong paddles and some new balls. Battleship North Carolina close by and worth a visit. Get a Shibumi for the beach on day one. About $250. Would stay again.

Great location with excellent views

The house is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and several stores. And the view can't be beat! All of the furniture and decor is comfortable and cozy with a beachy vibe. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite with the master having its own balcony. The only reason I didnt give a 5 for cleanliness is because some of the appliances and kitchen pots/pans could use an update. They worked perfectly fine but they are a little older. Otherwise, the place was spotless and we would definitively rent this house again!

Good experience over all.

The house size and location are great for families. Right on the beach and walking distance from a convenience store and many restaurants and ice cream stores. Great beach views from both balconies. The house was professionally cleaned when we arrived. Linens and towels were provided and clean. We would come again. However the house does need some updates. Most importantly would suggest a new dinner table and rugs as these did not give the feel of cleanliness. Periodic ant treatments are required as we saw tiny ants in the kitchen. In addition, suggest updating and/ or ventilating and/ or a dehumidification system in the garage area and attached room where the ping pong table and grill are located. We were not able to use this area at all.

We never took showers - either there was no water coming out or the tub/shower we iffy looking. The beds were clean and comfortable(loved the way the sheets and towels came). We enjoyed the decks!!!

The kitchen had the bare minimum of dishes to get by. There were some gaps in what was supplied. Overall it was okay, but I doubt that we would stay here again.

Just need to do some upgrades to the garage door, clean the carpet; better yet remove all carpet in the unit, it holds odor. Make sure that what is advertised is in the unit and in good working order, such as tv’s , remotes or have instructions and all burners need to work on the stove. For security put a deadbolt lock on the door at top of stairs.
