A unique green Chalet nestled in on the side of Roundtop mountain and right on the edge of a picturesque pond with a small waterfall running down the mountain right beside the deck & hot tub.

Inside find a Gas burning fireplace and a breville espresso machine to make a latte& a loft with a king

A serene private oasis with a deck built directly beside the pond with a. Lighted fountain and with a hot tub, a firepit with a string lights and all the Romantic outdoor ambiance to enjoy a summer couples getaway and we have some paved walking/wooded hiking trails tucked in a wooded area on our 132 Acre Estate.

The Chalet has the perfect romantic atmosphere for a couples birthday trip /anniversary celebration /honeymoon.

Sitting on the deck in the hot tub or on the screen porch while listening to the waterfall will immediately put your mind at ease and help you unwind with your love by your side: a perfect place to fall deeper in love and connect. Grill up a steak while watching wild life beside the pond.

The living room has a Gas burning fireplace and a delightfully soft & comfy sofa, a breakfast nook and a fabulous view of the pond just outside the sliding doors!
Come and cozy up with your favorite person!

The stunning kitchen is a perfect spot to make yummy waffles (yes we have a waffle maker! )or a shot of espresso or lattes and we also have a drip coffee maker if that’s your preference! A cozy breakfast nook is a great place to sit to eat with a view of the pond and woods, you might see deer!

The living room has a comfy reclining couch.
It has a large tv with streaming options for that movie night and soft blankets to cuddle with/ it also has a wood burning indoor fireplace!

The loft has a king bed with luxurious linens and cozy blankets and a cozy ambiance with a chandelier and candle light and then has a powder room as well, you ll find the main bathroom with the shower on the first floor, it is a luxury tile shower with floor to ceiling tile and has cozy robes to slip on and soft white towels, body wash,shower gel, & conditioner for you to use.

(Please note,
if you are not agile you might have a challenge with loft steps, they are fairly steep but very accessible.)

We do have a golf cart rental and a ebike rental, message us to learn more about that! There’s a long paved trail close by along the river called the Enola low grade trail. Perfect for e-bike adventures!

We have a second pond that’s stocked at the end of the half mile long driveway with paddle boards and a small boat that is shared with the other 2 rentals on the estate, you are welcome to go cast a line, use the paddle boards or relax on the hammock after a picnic lunch.

This property is located a few minutes from historic town of Wrightsville with antique malls close by and the famous John wright waterfront restaurant , the Susquehanna river front & kayak and boat launches and scenic overlooks/hiking trails.

Only 3 min off the route 30 bypass so if you are traveling a need a pit stop, here you go!

15 minutes from amazing shopping malls and 25 min to Lancaster and the heart of the Amish community where you ll find amazing scenery of pristine farms and gardens and so many animals! Horse & buggies and home cooked food and smorgasbords and also the sight and sound bible theatre. In a private drive on a historic estate. Very serene and beautiful with lots of wildlife

Parking is in front of the chalet on a circle drive

The kitchen does not have an oven.

However we made sure you have plenty of amenities to cook delicious meals with a waffle maker, a large electric skillet, a toaster, a microwave, and a gas grill with a side burner on the deck.

We do provide wood for firepit
Please do not instant book this property for small events without communicating with the host if u plan on having more than 2 guests on the property at any time!

we typically do not allow extra guests in and out even if not spending the night, unless permitted by host..
in which extra charges of $30 per person per additional person may be added.

we do allow pets with host communication , and do have a pet fee in place , this needs to be paid prior to checkin, so please enter your pet onto the reservation.
Pet fee is good for 1 pet , each pet has its own pet fee.
In order for you to bring your pet and for us to maintain our high level of cleanliness our pet policy includes no pets on furniture and absolutely no pets unattended unless confined to their cage.

No loud Music during quite hours.
