The kitchenette is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and coffee maker, and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

The apartment is located in the modern Browary Wrocławskie development, right on the Oder River. The Piast Brewery Port and a children's playground are just a short walk away. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and services are also nearby.
