The Space:
This luxurious and stylish apartment, designed in fashionable beige and white colors, can accommodate 4 people. Its atmospheric interior will provide an excellent atmosphere and a well-deserved rest. The 33 m² apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living area equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen Smart TV is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a cup of aromatic morning coffee and make a good start to a new day. The bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table with mirror, which can also be used as a desk for remote work, and a spacious closet. The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for preparing meals, and a table with chairs - ideal for communal meals and gatherings around the table. Lavish amenities and a fully equipped apartment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. A complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), as well as towels and linens are provided for a good start to each visit. Wifi Internet access has also been provided in the apartment. In close proximity to the building is the Center for Performing Arts (350 m), which will certainly appeal to lovers of avant-garde art.
