'Everything spotless. Perhaps a bit larger array of glasses (small ones included). Most importantly though, there is a need for an outside barbecue. Luckily, we had one with us from Melbourne, otherwise we would have been forced to cook steaks and second night, fry fish indoor. Don't think the next guests would have appreciated that. And one other thing, I don't know if only myself, but I was not able to open the owner's messages through Vrbo. Apart from that, very nice property, nice...

'Pros: -large space inside the house -Carport was useful -Easy car access to Sale town centre -Laundry facilities are good -Quiet location Cons: - poor communication from host on arrival, no info pack anywhere in the house. - very noisy aircon, basically unusable - Towels were rough and well used - very tired decor, needs full revamped - windows difficult to close - outside and inside woodwork needs painting - windows need to be washed - toilet door can’t be opened from the inside if shut....
