We ended up leaving cause actually didnt feel safe there. There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. The overall place was nasty to be honest. The only recommendations i would give to anyone is go somewhere else

$30 would be too high. TV was tube type. No lamps but had 2 ceiling lights. Curtains missing 10 hooks so sagging down. Door had big space on 3 sides but did lock. Bathroom wall rotting away in corner. We slept under the covers but on top of sheets. Didn't take a shower-tub- gross. $72 with tax disgraceful.

There was a hole in the wall at floor level behind the toilet. No threshold under the exterior door. I made two trips across the room in my socks and the bottoms turned brown. Needs a good remodeling.

Photos are nothing like property, reserved a non smoking room, couch in room was full of burn holes. Walls in bathroom were bulging and peeling. Room smelled horrible. Staff was nice, but you get what you pay for. I feel like I overpaid. Room had new carpet, but probably because someone died on the old one. There is an older Indian gentleman that lives there who walks around pretending to talk on the phone staring into the rooms of “outsiders”. Felt like an episode of trailer park boys if it were set in a strip hotel.

That hotel was so bad people live in this hotel my room had clothes in the bathroom. Trash was left outside everywhere. The microwave was dirty the frig had no shelfs and was dirty. Never again.

No, nope. Do not stay here. The smell is overpowering on several rooms. I could not stay here. I can appreciate no frills. This is awful. Fresh urine smell in one room, not sure what the smell was in the other room. Could not stay here, had to move on to another hotel.

Don’t stay here! It’s very run down. Room had curtains falling off the drapery rod. Drawers in chest for clothes would not open. Front cover of heating/cooling unit was laying against it and cooling did not work properly. Room had a water leak with water coming out of the carpet.supposedly manager had to approve change of room but after waiting for 1 1/2 hrs we were allowed to change rooms. New unit had such a noisy ac unit we couldn’t use it. Didn’t feel safe here. Exterior doors flimsy.

This place should not be offered at all. I give it a negative 1 star. No garbage pail, no cup to brush your teeth. Walls in terrible shape, This place needs to be demolished. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Xenia Country Inn is not fit for human habitation. Absolutely the worse place in the World that I have stayed, Dirty, filthy, rundown motel and should not even be on your site, Board of Health needs to be notified.

The room was very dirty there was no control for the television burn holes in the sheets and blankets smelly the bed didn’t fit the bed frame trash was all on the ground on the outside including beer cans beer bottles something kept tripping the alarms on all the cars it was just a horrible experience all around asked for extra towels and a pillow I was told that housekeeping was gone for the day so they couldn’t get me any very disappointing will never stay at that motel again heater was busted no hot water

I was just looking for a simple, clean, quiet place to get 8 hours sleep before hitting the road again. The receptionist was very nice, but the rooms were grungy. The heat didn't work in the first room they put me in. In the second the sheets obviously hadn't been changed and the furniture looked like years of frat parties had happened on them.

The first room I was given was filthy. The bed had stains running down the side, the sheets had bodily fluids on it, the bathroom access panel door fell off when I came into the room and the sink was not cleaned and had toothpaste and hair all over. The microwave was covered with food and grease the carpet was not vacuumed. I went to the front desk and they did move me to another room. This room had mold in the shower and a shower the did not work well. My last evening there I found a flea. When I asked for a partial refund I was told they would have to ask the owner and the front desk staff had no authority. Along with this the amenities that were listed on Expedia were not available. I didn’t access the Wi-Fi and none gave me info No continental breakfast or other things in the room like a hair dryer or alarm clock. There wasn’t a phone in the room. The tv in the room didn’t have a clear picture either. I have no idea why someone would give this place a 4 star rating even for one night which a previous review did give. The one kind thing I can say is some of the staff was nice.

Friendlessness out weighed some of inconveniences
The price and location were perfect. It was not the cleanest place or the quietest. It was safe and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

This is an old hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want fancy and new this is not the place for you. If you want an inexpensive place to spend the night, then this is a good value.

Counter people were very friendly. Condition of property and room were ok could use some more updating but was clean. Area was pleasantly quiet for sleeping as I think long term tenants live there. only 2 negatives were the TV/cable service & flat pillows. wouldn't recommend for an extended stay but our 1 night stay was OK.

The beds were comfortable. There was no trash can in the room anywhere and the internet did not work unless you were in the office area so there was not internet in our room.

The hotel never received my reservation so I did not have the accommodations I booked and there wasn’t a continental breakfast as the booking stated it had in the weekends. The room wasn’t the cleanest as there were dead bugs on the shelf in the vanity area. I guess I got what I paid for.

Filthy room!
Checkin person was nice. But the room was dirty. No bed pad and sheets wrinkled making us wonder if it had even been changed. My partner went to office to get cleaning stuff, cleaned surfaces, but almost gagged when seeing brown stains on bathroom floor. We doubt they cleaned the room. Made the bed but probably did not even change the sheets.

Definitely not clean , i asked for another room that wasn't any better. Very old motel , out dated , hole kicked in the bathroom door , toilet paper holder off the wall sitting on the toilet , hair in the sink and tub , what looked like black mold coming out of the ac unit , food on the floor , ripped bedding, pillows were paper thin , curtains hanging off bent rods . Staff was nice , i did ask for a refund but only got offered a different room .

Worst room I have ever seen. Reeked of cigarette smoke, curtains barely hanging, no internal lock on the door, and cigarette burns everywhere. I told the guy at the front desk that I couldn’t stay there - he cheerfully refunded my money.

Room quality isn't up to the price...
The staff was great, the hotel wasnt the cleanest and in serious need of renovation. Admittedly it was the cheapest room available, but the best way to describe it would be "roach motel", without any roaches.

like I said before, the mattress was ancient, there were bed bugs that bit me and I have pictures, the room smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty.
