Hotels in de buurt van Xochimilco Ecologisch Park (Mexico-Stad)

"The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). At 6AM we're told there is no taxi available. In the end they had the shuttle running. We had to leave our luggage up to them. At the airport, we see one bag is missing-left behind in the hotel. One and a half hour later we're still waiting for the suitcase that would only take 30 minutes to be delivered. We ended up missing our flight and resulting in us having to buy 2 new flights for a value of over 400U$. And losing a full day if our holiday. NOT happy with their lousy service!!!"
