Wij hebben genoten van het balkon, zwembad en privé strandje. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lol die ze onderling hebben brengen ze over op de gasten. Ben je op zoek naar een kleinschalig hotel, dan is dit een aanrader!'

'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. The elevators are dirty and many times out of order. Doorknobs of rooms are broken. Floors are dirty in the room. The coffee...

'The stay was over all pleasant (8 out of 10), although we had complications with the amount of beds reserved for us; we were a party of six and the apartment was prepared for five. There's a really nice gym on the ground floor with all sort of group lessons like yoga, pilates, etc... Please keep in mind that these apartments are not direct to the beach but one block away. One huge tip: when making reservations through booking sites, although you've set the search filter, do check the details...

'Stayed for 7 nights, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Away from downtown but we had a car rented, so that was a bonus because it was very quiet. There is a public beach a 15-20 minute walk away, 7-11 next door, a lovely cafe in the same building, and just accross the street a couple restaurants we ate at when we didn't plan ahead with very affordable pizza. Will likely return because it suited our family's needs perfectly!'

'Looks a goodpriced recently build hotel. There is tiny reception with a nice lady working who cant speak english. Unfortunatly, we arived late to the hotel, so they gave our room to others. There non left for us, andso they replaced us to another hotel from the same hotel group Koox. The one we got was the worth the same price but much much older and horrible stay.'

'We expected a single room but got a full, spacious unit with a proper kitchen—super comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. 'Goede lokatie midden in get centrum en toch rustig. Wij heddan jacvuzi in de kamer ( helaas niet al te warm water) waardoor badkamer erg klein was. Geen ruimte voor je toilettassen, en geen handdoekrek of haakje. Geen bakon of raam die uitzicht gaf. Binnenplaats is wel erg leuk met banken en ligstoelen voor het zwembad. Persineel.super behulpzaam en vriendelijk!'

'We sincerely enjoyed our stay at the Bespoke. The property was beautifully located with an amazing stretch of beach with access to the reef for snorkeling. The restaurant had a wide selection of really delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very attentive. I would highly recommend the Bespoke in Tulum. '

'A great space. Not The Four Seasons...but this is Playa del Carmen. Spacious and clean. Great location. Other reviews raise concerns about noise from the street. I am a light sleeper, and was there during perhaps the three biggest party nights of the year - Halloween and Dia del Muerto. It was loud out on the street, but mostly quite quiet in our unit.'

"The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
