Dit moderne appartement met twee slaapkamers is gunstig gelegen aan de rand van het dorp Y Felinheli. Het heeft een open leefruimte met balkon aan de zitkamer met de straat en volledig uitgeruste keuken. Ontspan in een van de 2 slaapkamers, een en-suite met een grote badkamer. Aangewezen parkeerplaats en wifi beschikbaar en rolstoeltoegankelijk. Op korte loopafstand van 2 pubs, 2 restaurants en 1 uitstekend café voor ontbijt als je niet wilt koken. De buurtwinkel, 2 kappers en een schoonheidstherapeut. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Anglesey, Llanberis en Snowdonia. De historische steden Caernarfon en de universiteitsstad Bangor zijn tegenovergestelde richtingen buiten de poort met de bushalte daar ook als u de auto niet wilt nemen. Binnen een korte rit heb je de vestingsteden Conwy en Beaumaris, samen met hun fantastische kastelen en ieders favoriete Llandudno. Het appartement is een ideale plek om dit prachtige deel van Noord-Wales te verkennen.
Om de jongere kinderen te vermaken hebben we de nabijgelegen attracties van het Greenwood Forest Park binnen 4 minuten van de accommodatie en het Beacon Climbing Centre in Caernarfon om er maar een paar te noemen. Er zijn mooie fiets- en wandelpaden in de buurt.

Toeristische attracties rond: Historische Menai-brug en Britannia-brug die Anglesey en Gwynedd met elkaar verbinden - 5 minuten rijden.

Superb spot, excellent location

Check-in was effortless, and Aled met us at the property with a bottle of milk and showed us everything we needed to know. Apartment was spotless, with all mod-cons, and easy accessible parking. Kitchen contained everything we needed. Beds spacious and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again if visiting the area

Fabulous apartment!!

Lovely and peaceful location! The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Great balcony which gets the evening sun and looks over trees and the marina boats. The kitchen is well equipped and modern and we were left a few dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and a tea towel. Lovely hamper with some Welsh goodies as well. There is a good sized en-suite with a powerful shower. There is also a bathroom with a full sized bath and a shower head attachment, but not set up to have a stand up shower. There are some toiletries available if you need them and lovely fluffy towels and bath mats. The lounge is comfortable and there is a table with 4 chairs for dining. The TV is positioned slightly low on the wall, so fine if you are reclining on the sofa. There is Freeview on the TV but you need to sign in to your own Netflix if you need it. The parking space is a good size but is tucked into the far end of the car park, so I found it easier to reverse into the space. The hosts sent very good information prior to arrival and were there to meet us to let us into the apartment. This was a lovely way to arrive and made accessing things much easier. There is a Chinese/Chippy and local shop an easy few minutes walk away. We had a great stay and visited Anglesey, Bangor and Caernarfon, which were easily reached from Y Felinheli. Thoroughly recommended!!

Lovely Property

This was a lovely, clean, beautifully presented property with everything you could need to start your holiday. Lovely little welcome basket and all the essentials like tea, coffee, milk and sugar to start your mornings. We didn't get to meet Aled or Maresa but they were contactable throughout our stay and Aled called us before we arrived to check in and welcome us. The apartment is situated in a beautiful area within easy reach of many popular attractions. Would certainly come again.

Lovely accommodation with view over the harbour and the Strait. Great location as central to local attractions. Hosts couldn’t be more helpful. Would recommend this apartment for those who wish to enjoy North Wales while having a relaxing time. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony whilst watching sunset.

Perfect holiday home

After a very warm welcome from Aled (thanks for the tip where we can go stone skipping!!), we enjoyed the holiday home for a week and were very content with everthing: a perfectly equipped kitchen, the cleanliness of the flat and its attractive location near the national park, Anglesey, Caernafon, and Y Felinheli itself. Coming from the continent, we only wished for one thing: one blanket for each person. Apart from that, everything was just perfect!

Short Break

This immaculately presented, cosy and accessible apartment was an ideal base for my elderly father and I to visit North Wales. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable with lots of small details thoughtfully provided; from a very friendly welcome to Welsh milk and Hot Cross buns provided when we arrived. The apartment provided an excellent base for visits to the beaches and sites of Anglesey and North Wales. We hope to be able to return soon.

It was nice to have the ability to cook for ourselves for a few days, and enough was provided to give us a start, which we appreciated. The location is central to everything. N Wales Retreat

A spacious flat with a deck looking out on a canal and Menai Strait, and just a short walk to a pub filled with good food and friendly Welsh speaking Welsh. What more could you ask for? The hostess met us with a lovely welcome and had even put milk in the fridge for our tea. Thanks Maresa and Aled.

Brilliant apartment

The photos on the listing really do not convey just how wonderful Aled’s apartment is. My wife and I and our 7 year old grandson stayed here for 3 nights and we so wished it could have been for longer. Lovely Time

Everything was great. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed. The location is great with the local restaurants, shop and take away. Ideal location for visiting North Wales. Highly recommend and if in the area again will definitely plan to stay here
