Sunset Vista ~ Ocean View

"Sunset Vista" biedt een spectaculair 180-graden panoramisch uitzicht op Yachats Bay in het zuiden en de majestueuze Stille Oceaan in het westen en het noorden. Geniet van de zonsondergang vanaf het uitgestrekte terras rondom het huis en vanuit de grote eetkamer en woonkamer ramen. Dit 2.100 m² grote huis, gelegen in een rustige buurt met majestueuze sparren, is onlangs bijgewerkt met nieuwe meubels en een artistiek decor. Het woonniveau op de bovenverdieping heeft een grote keuken, ontbijtbar, eetkamer met stoelen bij het raam voor koffie in de ochtend en een woonkamer, allemaal met fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan! Ditzelfde niveau heeft een slaapkamer compleet met de stilte van de oceaan geluiden, een kingsize bed en een eigen glazen deur naar het dek. De hal badkamer heeft een bad / douchecombinatie. Een handgemaakte houten wenteltrap leidt naar het lagere niveau van het huis. De begane grond beschikt over een familiekamer voor games en entertainment met comfortabele stoelen en een bank die kan worden omgezet in een queensize bed. Twee slaapkamers beneden bieden plaats aan gasten, een met een queensize bed, een met twee aparte bedden. Er is een badkamer met een bad / douchecombinatie. Let op: het unieke ontwerp van de wenteltrap maakt dit huis ongeschikt voor gezinnen met peuters of jonge kinderen. "Sunset Vista" ligt op een heuvel met uitzicht op charmante Yachats en biedt een spectaculair uitzicht bij zowel zwoele als stormachtige weersomstandigheden en is een zeer korte wandeling naar de restaurants en winkels van de stad. Het is het beste van wat Yachats te bieden heeft! Very centrally located house with wonderful views. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurants in Yachats. The kitchen is well stocked and we found everything we needed. We have stayed at this house before and will stay there again if available.

Lovely Ocean Views in great location

My parents, husband, and 4 y/o son loved this house! Great views, plenty of room, and plenty to do! There is a short trail that leads to town, where you can eat great food and explore the coast. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. We look forward to staying here again!

Great time in Yachats

Beautiful property with lots of space for our group and the perfect view of Yachats bay. Very short hike down the convenient hill trail to town, the grocery store and restaurants. Nice to have the safe garage parking too. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

This gorgeous home was a perfect close walk to shops and restaurants. Outstanding deck views and full window views inside too. Home had everything we could have wanted and more. Cozy movie area for kids too. So many amazing tidal pools and hikes within 15 minutes! Would come back again!

Three college roommates reunited to celebrate our 80th birthdays in Yachats. Rain, high winds and big surf was predicted for our 3 night stay. The house location gave us a distanced but perfect seat for watching the excitement of the waves. The house is an artistic joy. It’s well equipped and furnished well.

Great views/Great location

Trail from house down to a decent bar/restaurant and the main road in town was a bonus! We had two rainy hours one afternoon. Wonderful to sit in front of the large windows and watch the sea and the rain until it was nice enough to get outside and hike along the coast.

Fantastic Views!

We were traveling on motorcycles with two other couples & Sunset Vista worked great for us! The home was clean and spacious. The large windows provided the most wonderful views of the ocean! The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware & dinnerware. There is no off-street parking, so it was nice to have the garage. Downtown was an easy walk away. Yachats is a beautiful little community. We’d stay here again!

Best vacation rental ever!

Oh my, if you have an opportunity to rent this home consider yourself lucky! The home is beautiful, has everything you could want, and is full of creative touches including the delightful garden. If it rains, you won't be bored! The photos looked too good to be true but it's even better. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood on a hill. The path to town is steep but short. We're ages 69 & 75 and had no trouble. And of course it's a VERY short drive to the little town, the 804 trail, or Cape Perpetua. You can't beat the 180 degree view that comes from being elevated a little bit. The view is to die for! We saw the most stunning panoramic sunsets! We also REALLY enjoyed the deck. It's unusual to find such luxurious deck furniture in a rental. We felt like we were taking advantage of every minute in Yachats with the view from the house and deck. We didn't see a whale this time but it's the perfect viewpoint for whale watching. Our contact person was Katy at Ocean Odyssey. She was absolutely wonderful. We had to make some changes to our reservation. She was always prompt, helpful, and kind. After 4 nights, we didn't want to leave. We're already thinking about how soon we can return. This was easily the best vacation home we've ever stayed in.
