Nice hotel
We had an overnight stay in this hotel for our road trip. Would absolutely recommend this hotel! Nice bed, quit room and friendly staff. Breakfast is good enough to get you going!

Prima keuze met zeer comfortabel bed
Het is een van de vele hotels aan die typisch Amerikaanse invalswegen met benzinestations, onduidelijke gebouwen en eetgelegenheden. Ruim parkeren, alles klopt, maar sfeervol is anders. Net als veel Amerikaanse huizen zijn ook hotelkamers vaak donker met kleine ramen met dichte gordijnen en ouderwetse meubels. Even wennen. De kamers zijn groot, zeer comfortabel en overdreven groot bed, prima badkamer en schoon. Het ontbijt verraste ons ook, maar de ontbijtruimte is wat klein voor zo'n groot hotel. Kortom, prima keuze als je onderweg bent. En met wat simpele maar prima restaurants op loopafstand. De Mexicaan is een aanrader.

One of the nicer Days Inns I have stayed at. Very clean, quite and comfortable. Staff and management were very pleasant and excellent to deal with. Great motel.

A lot of homeless all around this property. I had to unload everything from our vehicle worried it would be broken into . Pictures are outdated and taken a long long time ago . The lock to the adjacent room did not work and had to move rooms . I would for sure pay more and look for another hotel in a different part of town

Front desk didn’t greet us. Was on the phone with someone and took her sweet to give us our room keys. Homeless everywhere outside walking around. Not only did we feel like someone would break into our car, but the room was dirty with stuff in the floor, gross stains on the bedding like no one washed them. Heater and room smelt old and musty with cigarettes. If you want to risk your safety for a cheap room, then sure. But I’d recommend checking some other place because I’d give this a 0 STAR if I could.

They charged me $130 and they did not follow correct protocol to be able to charge me the money they said that I left the place smell like drugs which I already did smell like drugs and I accidentally stained the makeup on my girlfriend was on the bed and he's staying their sheets and they charge me a $30 per sheet and yeah I guess that's what they said they I mean that's what they say but they didn't take no pictures they have no records and they can't prove none of that but they take my money I need to figure this out this is not cool it was my last money I'm from Seattle Washington and I'm here in Yakima stuck now I need help

Thank you for your review, you were charged for smoking in the room and you also had stained sheets. Unfortunately the smoking fee is 200 and we only charged 100 total for damages and smoking in the room. Pictures were taken of the stains. Safe fees. I stay here frequently, and I hate the fees for the safe. I NEVER use the safe, yet I'm always charged $1.50 plus tax per day. Checkout is usually just leaving the key badge in the basket at the front desk. I could avoid the fee by telling them I didn't use the safe at checkout. They know most people won't do it. I forget frequently. The fee is dishonest.

Okay stay for the price. The hotel had a weird smell like musty carpet but was otherwise fairly clean. Linens are all white so easy to check that everything was clean. Bathroom seemed to have been updated within the last few years which really stood out compared to the 70s decor of the rest of the place. The toiletries sucked but I always use my own anyway so nbd for us. Good breakfast selection. Wouldn’t recommend for a long term stay but fine for one night for me and my 8-year-old.

Clean rooms. Nice with the fridge. In a very rough part of town with homeless people walking around. I worried about the safety of my vehicle. All was okay and the stay was fine.

The parking was limited with no lighting, which didn’t feel safe. As to the rest of the property, it was clean, the checkin was easy and seamless and the breakfast was quite good.

The room was super clean and and updated. The hallway carpet and the room was really clean and a nice change from the usual chain motels The staff was super helpful when I asked about a place to go to eat near by. That is including the day and night staff.

They have a pool in online promo; no pool apparent? Unsafe neighborhood; first time I've ever considered checking out and going somewhere else after arrival. My malware bytes program wouldn't let me access the unsecured wifi provided by the hotel.

a homeless person was able to come into the lobby at 4:30 a.m. when I was sitting there and the desk person wasn't there for 30 min. Did not feel safe. They asked me if I had some weed and money. Another guest left and dropped their card key in an open top box on the counter that the person could have taken and gained access into the guest room area and other areas of the hotel. I've stayed at this hotel for many years when I visit my mom in Yakima, but will not stay here again. I think these outside doors into the lobby should be locked from 10pm to 6 a.m. and guests can use card key to enter. Late arriving guests can press a button to ring the desk clerk to gain entry.

There was long dark hair in the shower upon arrival, the bed was extremely hard, the room was hot and the air wouldn’t come on for more than a minute or two and then shut off. The breakfast eggs were not good and the breads were dry. All fixable items
