5歳の子供連れで4泊。朝食は、種類の豊富さも味も申し分ない。トロ巻きがあって食べてみたが、魚べいより3倍味が良かった。パンもお肉もおいしい。サラダもフルーツも新鮮、滞在中、毎日1時間半朝食時間に費やした。夕食は2階の中華がリーズナブルで毎日利用した。プールは写真イメージより小さく感じたが、直射日光が当たらない時間が長いので日焼けをおそれずに利用できた。ジムには卓球台があり子供と遊べた。部屋の清掃・タオル交換は行き届いていた(時間をかけてやってくれていたみたい)。こちらの理由があってルームチェンジが必要になったが、柔軟に対応してくれた。スタッフはレストラン、ホテルを含め子供に対してとても暖かく接してくれた(特にレストランの女性スタッフは、仕事以上の愛情をもって接してくれてたように思う(子供好きな国民性なのかもしれない))。おもてなしジャパン真っ青という感じ。残念な点を探すとすれば、シャワーの水がどうしても洗面所の方に流れ出してしまいタオルが一枚必要になりました。それと部屋に時計がないことくらいです。ほかのヤンゴンにあるホテルと比較したわけではないがこれが国際ブランドホテルの基準なのかと納得させられるような体験をした。次回も迷わず利用する。

スタッフの皆さんはとても素晴らしく、丁寧でホスピタリティに溢れていました。 ホテル内のレストランは、味も接客もすべて最高です。 ただ、建物の老朽化は否めず、一部下水の臭いを感じたり、部屋のケトルの蓋に粘着物(油)が付着していたり、コーヒーカップの縁に口紅が付着しているなどが気になりました。 土地柄仕方ないかも知れませんが、部屋の中にヤモリなのかイモリがいましたので、そういった生き物が苦手な方だと大きなクレームになってしまう可能性があります。 概ね、非常に良いホテルだと思います。 最後に、ホテルの各案内には、ホテル内のレストランでディナービュッフェを提供しているとありますが、少なくとも私の滞在中はディナービュッフェの提供はなかったように思います。

We initially booked for 24 nights. But my daughter and I planned to go for meditation retreat, so we asked the reception if they allowed us to checkout for 10 days and check back in thereafter. They allowed and agreed to what we requested. Overall all the hotel and restaurant staffs have been very polite and nice to us throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and it's rare to see the whole team with such positive attitude towards their services. Well done and we sincerely thank you to all the staffs at Park Royal Yangon for making our stay memorable. Keep up the good work ❤️☺️

良く眠れました
非常に綺麗なホテルです。今回で2回目の利用でした。部屋は十分な広さがありました。ベッドもフカフカ。湯量も充分でした。女性でも納得できるお部屋ではないでしょうか?残念な点は冷蔵庫の中は空っぽ。無料の水が2本だけ。ティッシュがバスルームだけに設置されている点です。

まず場所が便利。中心部にあり、近隣に商店も多い。朝と正午、夕方は近くの名門校?の送迎で渋滞気味なのは人によっては不便かもしれません。ヤンゴン有数の老舗ホテルなのでスタッフもミャンマーにおいてはかなり優秀だと思います。普通の日本人に安心して勧めることのできるホテルです。
