Thankfully other locations next door. OAKS is a wonderful concept, and our first choice as we travel through Australia. Currently staying at Oaks on Charlotte in Brisbane. FANTASTIC!!!!'

'Staff is friendly, but hotel is dirty, bagagelabels from from 7 months ago under the bed and loads of dust. , cracked windows, really bad wifi, You can get clean sheets for $30 a time, Fire escape is blocked by laundry trolleys and garbage in the emergency stairway. Not a hotel to recommend '

'Yes I would stay here again. The staff were so nice and friendly and happy to help. Yes the hotel is a little run down, but the beds are comfortable and at a great price. Having onsite parking makes it all easy aswell and included in the price. The hotel is close to shops and the hospitals aswell which I needed for my stay. Thank you Arden.'
