'Great place to stay, right across the Queen Vic Market. My room had a kitchen, so it was perfect to go get some veggies and proteins at the market. Also, tram stops super close to where I had to work and to the city centre. Lots of great Asian restaurants close by. I stayed for 17 nights and very pleased with my stay! '

'Rooms are very old and dated. Paint peeling and ancient aircons that squeal. Had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. After a sleepless night with a squealing air conditioner I requested a refund or new room via text as there is no one onsite and no one answered the phone. I was notified by text to move to a new room.
