'The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

'Overall impression is that this apartment is worn and nowhere near as good as we expected. The apartment has two AC units when we checked in one was not working and displayed faulty the first night was very hot and uncomfortable in two of the bedrooms. The owner brought AC repair man the next day the filters were choked with so much dirt. We paid a high rate for this apartment for four nights expecting this apartment to top quality and it absolutely is not. We would never stay in the apartment...
