'The curtain only covers half of the window and I was told by the receptionist it was designed like that. It was late night and I was too tired to go further. I cannot believe what he said. As the hotel I stay in Samarkand does have the proper curtains. Also I specifically ordered a twin bed room . Snd it turned out it wasn’t available but this one with half curtain and poor internet connection. Very disappointed!'

'Nice hotel and kind people at the reception and breakfast place.
Rooms are not fully noise cancelled and you hear traffic from outside. We had two rooms on 8th floor and still could hear the noise during the night, I am sure it would have been worse on the lower floors, but black out curtains help to block the noise a bit :)
Overall experience was nice, but the service was slow. Especially in the Maroon restaurant. There are more servers than guests there during lunch we visited yet they...

'We visited for our first day in Tashkent, we were completely new and we had a hard time communicating with s lot of people here in Tashkent. But the staff was very helpful and we got to store our luggage 3 hours before checking in which gave us a lot of new opportunities.
The staff speak well English and are very helpful in any case.
We even got the ability to store our luggage even after our stay ended.
Thank you so much Noor hotel, it was a pleasure.
10/10 we recommend very much'

'最近できたホテルのようで、施設はとてもきれいでした。各種サービスやアメニティーも、一般的なホテルと変わらないクオリティーでした。
朝食が非常に充実していました 。
立地については、タシケントの鉄道駅(タシケント北駅)に近いので、朝の便でサマルカンド方面に行く人にとっては使い勝手が良いと思います。'
