'Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.

'We had a good night’s sleep. There are several suggestions for improvement: 1 - could not lock the door from the inside. 2 - Add a hand towel or two to the two bath towels. 3 - Take care of the bugs in the bath.'

'Without doubt one of the best stay experiences I’ve had in a long time, from quality of accommodation, ideal location and excellent communication.. end to end everything you want and more from a stay. Host was super responsive I. Communications and really attentive to our needs even configured the beds in the bedrooms as we needed. And the true sign of great service is how it works when life throws in a curve ball.( in our case it was having to arrive earlier than planned and earlier than...

'For some odd reason, the Vrbo app was giving us the wrong address when we selected "Get Directions". The host contacted us and gave us the correct address right away. Other than that, it was a nice clean place to stay for a few nights.'

'Beautifully decorated caravan, very clean and with an excellent supply of fresh clean linen and towels. Also a good amount of storage and coat hangers (something I rarely find but need!). We only stopped over one night so didn't use any of the other facilities but the caravan had everything we needed.'
