'During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. And thanks to the concierge man (forgot his name) downstairs who helped with luggage and got my wheelchair. The hotel is close to Costco,...

'Prima conference hotel gelegen naast een grote mall met veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Helaas heeft er een situatie plaatsgevonden, die door het hotel zeer slecht is opgepakt. Dit heeft een grote impact gehad op onze reis en zijn we genoodzaakt geen goede beoordeling geven. '
