'L hôtel est très bien tenu malgré des infrastructures vieillissantes ( ex: combiné baignoire en fonte et douche comme au bon vieux temps dans les Hilton US). Le desk a l accueil fonctionne tres bien mais il y a beaucoup de personnel présent pour faire respecter des règles futiles au client plutôt que prendre soin de celui-ci. Quand vous rentrez dans la chambre le décor est rempli de cartons explicatifs et contraignant. Cet hôtel veut que le client soit parfait mais en oublie de l’être …'
