'The royal orchid, one hotel has always been my go to hotel when visiting Guam. I have noticed over the years that the hotel is that a rundown state. 'The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. '

'一番最初に案内された部屋が本当に無理だった。洗面所がカビだらけ。どうにか寝ようとしたけど、深夜2時まで寝れず、部屋を変えてもらった。変えてもらった部屋はなんとか大丈夫だった。カビは気になったけど。その時に対応してくれたスタッフはとても良い人だった。あと、オールインクルーシブって書いてあったのに、何回問い合わせても対応してもらえず、嫌な気持ちになった。あの表記はやめてほしい。結局ゴールドパスを買ったけど、良いなと思うところは別途請求が多かったから要注意。ホームページには書いてないからずるい。ちゃんと書くべきだと思う。'
