'Nice room, bathroom is a bit strange whereas you shower the drain is on the other side leaving the complete bathroom wet. Apart from this really nice room. Good beds, tea and coffee available to make yourself. And a swimming pool to enjoy. Mrt is a 15 min walk.'

'Dessert menu needs to be changed'

'Great location, fantastic sports facilities & swimming pools, very friendly staff. Not too far out of the city’s centre'

'I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were in a terrible condition. The toilets barely flushed, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed little interest in assisting guests. The food was very poor. The menu was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variety and disappointing quality. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. It is more comparable to a 2-star...

'Locatie goed. Luxe hotel voor een betaalbare prijs. Zeer professioneel personeel.

'The bed is very hard'

'It’s just okay'

'HMlet's Novena Team is very accommdative. Guests are well respected and concerns raised are addressed. Thanks...the 14 days were well spent. Location is perfect!'

'The hotel is very stylish and has a nice pool with pretty sunbeds. The rooms are spotless clean but i was shocked the standard rooms we’re so tiny. I did not read this in the reviews so i expected a bigger room. If staying there longer than 3 days i would book a bigger room because there is no closet to hang up clothes on or a large dressing table to put your stuff on. The beds and pillows we’re the best i’ve slept in. The breakfast is a la carte. The portions are very small so you need to make...

'Great staff!'

'I like everything about this hostel They have good toilet facilities'

'Fine hotel, excellent location. Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Good clean room. Bus stop in front and MRT (Farrer Park) nearby. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices. Special thanks to Kim and trainee Low Zheng Yong!'
