The holiday home was renovated in 2014 and is located in Yngsjö near Åhus.

150 metres to the fine white sandy beach.
Ideal for children, as the sand goes right into the water and then only slopes gently.

There are (max. 2 adults) and 2 children up to 18 years allowed!!!

There are 2 bedrooms in the house (1x master bedroom and 1x children's bedroom with bunk beds), 1 living / dining room with a fireplace, 1 kitchen with sitting area and 1 bathroom.
The house is on one floor and has a small cellar room with washing machine.

The covered terrace can comfortably seat 4 people.
There is also an outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings.

The plot is very large and children have plenty of space to run around and play.
As the property is at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is virtually no traffic on the road (only neighbours).

The house is connected to the sewerage system and has a normal toilet in the bathroom (no dry toilet)!

It is fully equipped and furnished: WII with games for the children,washing machine, shower, towels, bed linen, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, hoover, kettle, coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, terrace with parasol, table and chairs.
German television (no Swedish programmes!)

Not to forget non-smoking house!
And no pets!

There are 2 private car parks at the house.

Surroundings
Excursions: The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a hill in the wooded dunes.
It is only a few steps to the kilometre-long sandy beach.
There is a small grocery shop in Yngsjö (approx. 900m) and a nature park nearby.
There are plenty of opportunities for jogging and cycling.
A cycle path leads through the forest directly to Åhus.
Åhus has a beautiful harbour with small restaurants.
In Åhus there are three larger grocery shops, pizzerias, bakeries and small shops.
Outside Åhus there are also two gas stations (LPG).
