Tophotel op een toplocatie! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Restaurant, front office & housekeeping staff is zeer servicegericht. Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet. Het hotel en de kamers kunnen wel wat onderhoud gebruiken.

Unfortunately the hotel is in need to a renovation. The entire hotel smells of sewage and rooms smell of mold. The only convenience was the shopping mall below the hotel.

Great experience. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff were fantastic making sure all requests were actioned immediately. The restaurant staff were really lovely and tried hard to make it a welcoming environment.

Beautiful room and setting. Love the access to swimming pool. Diid not like the insistent bugging us about paying for our dinner and drinks , not allowing charge to the room. Not clear that we could make reservation for near year dinner st the hotel. We came to restaurant and even tho there were huge # of empty tables, they would not let us sit in main dining room. We finally sat by pool side which was nice. But again did not appreciate the bugging about payment of food and drinks prior to sitting down.

Hotel is attractive, but my shower had no hot water, despite complaints. I was eventually moved to a better room, which was nice. Also, upper end hotels should provide more than packets of cheap instant coffee in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was spectacular.

We only spent a night there in transit. We needed to stay close to the airport, so it did the trick for a night. however, I would not recommend staying there if you want to explore by foot. You need to take cabs if you want to visit the city and the traffic can get horrendous. Also it is located on a very busy street and there is nowhere to walk to. The hotel is clean and spacious, the staff helpful and pleasant but communication was not always easy as some of them did not speak English very well. We were offered complimentary fruits when we got there and that was a nice gesture. Overall, the hotel suited our needs but I would not stay in that neighborhood if I had to stay longer in Yogyakarta.

I was the only guest upon arrival at the hotel to check in. - 2 bell boys ignore me and was busy with their hand phones - Receptionist ok - Receptionist explain that my room will be facing the wall of the next building - Ask if I would like to move to a room with good view of the pool or mountain - It will cost IRP65,000 per night - I agreed to move to a room with mountain view. It was about 6 pm and it was dark - Next morning I could not see the mountain and till evening also no mountain view - Upon check out they still insist to charge me IRP130,000. Room #718 - And I paid for it.

清潔なリゾートタイプのホテルです。
清潔でリゾートタイプのホテルです。 ロビーはコンパクトですが、ホテルの廊下などはリゾート感あふれ、室内も 清潔感があり、非常に心地いい空間です。 朝食会場は8階にあり、メニューも豊富でおいしかったです。 バーやプールもあり、高級感というかリゾート感が味わえます。 バーもビール類は高くなく、カクテルは若干高めの値段設定のようです。 接客もよく、フレンドリーでした。 唯一の欠点は、8階にあるテラスでコンサート?カラオケ?が土曜に開催されており、宿泊したのが9階だったためうるさかったのと、8階のテラス側、プールサイドから部屋が丸見えになっていることです。 ちなみに、髭剃りや櫛 ドライヤーはついています。

Das Hotel wird als 5 Sterne Unterkunft beworben. Leider schaft die Klimaanlage das Zimmer tagsueber nicht wirklich runterzukuehlen. Das Wifi ist extrem langsam und die meiste Zeit kaum funktiontuechtig. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist zu schwach. Ausderm ist das Hotel extrem gut besucht und eher unruhig durch viele Veranstaltungen und Gruppen. Das Personal ist bemueht.

Hari pertama dan kedua menginap adiknya sy terpeleset di kamar mandi. Sebaiknya di ruang mandinya diberi keset anti slip. Pembersihan kamar terlalu terburu buru.. Kurang bersih dan rapi. Ada piring makan tdk diangkat dari kamar di hari kedua krn malamnya sy pesan makan.. Rasa makanan cenderung tdk stabil Saat breakfast di hari pertama dan hari ke 4 enak.. Hari kedua cenderung hambar Hari ketiga rasa makanan asin cenderung pahit terutama kerecek gudegnya.. Semoga segera diperbaiki hal hal yg kurang baik..

- staff check in and checkout was great - breakfast was disappointing. waited at the egg station for 10minutes without anyone attending. waited another 10minutes for 2 sunny side up - room shower / toilet at 661 and 659 have black mold along edges

Nice Hotel :)
Sehr großes Zimmer - sehr sehr nettes Personal die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit. Haben uns geholfen unsere Tour zu planen. Frühstück war groß und vielseitig allerdings braucht man viel Zeit alles zu probieren :) shattelservice in die Stadt war der gut! Gerne wieder

Pleasant hotel, with local architecture.
Nice, quiet hotel, but on a very busy road. A couple of Malls nearby. Friendly staff, very helpful. Free shuttle to Malio Rd shopping area. ( Ibis hotel drop off). Lots of taxis. If you are into Uber/Grab they have scooters running around Jogja.

Great hotel and location, but no view.
Stayed on the 6th floor and facing away from the main road. Hotel location was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. 2 blocks away from Lippo Mall which has a hypermart in the basement in addition to all the convenience of shopping and restaurants, as an alternative to the local fare. Staff were great and helpful. However, there is no view as the balcony was right against a wall. This gap between balcony and wall (which all rooms on this side of the hotel have) funnels all noise from the banquet area upstairs down to all rooms. Thankfully though, the noise stops at 9pm. But not great if you were planning to sleep early to rise for an early trip to see sunrise destinations. This was really my only bug bear. Tip: If you can, avoid odd numbered rooms.

Value for money
The hotel is located right at the heart of the city and is accessible to malls, tourists attractions and other places of interest. Taxis can take one around without hassle, but riding the pedalled tryke and the horse-driven cart around the old city - Malioboro district, was quite an experience every tourist must try.

Awesome Pool
I enjoyed swimming pool and relaxing. It's a good big one! I love breakfast buffet where I drink 3 tubes really delicious! Highly recommend. Thanks to Mr Tyo for the kindness and helpful. The staff are very friendly!

Teething Troubles?
To be fair to the hotel, they were undergoing a "soft opening", but to be fair to me, they should have told me this when I booked. This place was a disorganized shambles. They had little signage, so it was hard to work out where to find things, including my room. My room was located next to a reception center where they where holding a wedding, so it was super noisy, but they did change me room after I mentioned this to the manager. I tried to order food, but there was no room service menu in my room. It took 3 phone calls and two trips down to the reception before I got a menu, over 1 1/2 hours after I first asked. When the food arrived it was OK, but the guy delivering it demanded to be paid in cash (wouldn't charge it to the room) and refused to leave it on the delivery cart. It wasn't on a tray so all the dishes and drinks had to be moved to the small table, and then I had to move them all outside to the hallway when I was done. Why he didn't bring a tray I don't know. Breakfast was interesting. Every time I got up to get something from the buffet my table was cleared away and new guests were sitting in my place. It was kind of funny, I guess. Maybe I'm missing something that the locals do to denote they're coming back, but who knows. When they sort themselves out, this will be a nice hotel, but for now it seems more like Faulty Towers.

新しく大変きれいなホテルで快適に過ごせました。 廊下、室内も観光スポットらしく、ボルドブール遺跡をイメージした内外装でした。

No outdoor view from 7th floor given. Disturbing noisy from kitchen and resto from 8th floor .Direct mirror facing bed most I dont like. Will think again stay here. Bad sleep experience and disappointed room

New Hotel
The hotel is on its soft opening when I visited. Only 3 floors are available to guest. These are my following observations: 1) New wallpaper need touching up on some areas 2) house keeping forgot about the in room slippers 3) shaky toilet bowl 4) no soap dish 5) Breakfast not appetising
