'The pool closes at 9 pm. The kids were very disappointed after spending hours in the car to get there just to find out the pool had already closed for the evening. Our room had a jacuzzi tub but you had to sit up to turn on the jets. Once this happened, water shot out of the back jets across the room, getting the carpet soaked. So needless to say, the jacuzzi tub was unusable unless just soaking.'

'Breakfast selection was poor, waffles and cold cereal. At check-in was told there were no more first floor accessible rooms and tried to put us on second floor with no elevator. My wife is in a wheelchair. After insisting, desk clerk did find a first-floor room. Bathroom has just a small single single sink with no counter space for your toiletries. Should have higher toilets in a handicap bathroom. Shower did not drain well. Air conditioner was very noisy. '

'Very comfortable room (we had a suite type) and well organized hotel. Only small indoor pool, not outside. Conveniently at the border of White Mountain NP but in a busy neighbourhood with a neighbouring disco so we had to keep windows closed. State of the art midget golf course next to it as well. More business than nature oriented type of hotel atmosphere and staff. Breakfast above average.'
