Thank you for posting a review for your daughter.During this time we had a major snowstorm that brought us 40cm of snow within 24 hours. There were many guests that could not go home and we were very busy these two days, we took this opportunity to visit with our guests and many utilized out breakfast area to visit, play games etc while waiting out the storm. Our snow removal came through during the storm clearing a path and by 11:00am the morning after the storm, our parking lots was cleared.I am also very thankful to my staff for spending an hour shovelling and pushing your daughter out of the parking lot so that she could safely leave the next morning as well as many other guests that needed help getting out. We made sure walkways were shovelled consistently throughout the storm which was trying as the wind was gusting causing blowing snow. I understand your concerns during this stressful time and I thank you again for your review.

Thank you for filling out a review for our hotel, however we have no rooms that over look an office or other large buildings which have offices. We have plenty of parking in front of our hotel and our back parking lot is well lit. If this was our hotel you are rating I apologize for the concerns you mentioned and thank you for the high rating you gave us.
