It was a dive. Dirty bathroom and the lock on the door was broken. I left and stayed elsewhere.

Yes, we found you checked out and left within less than half an hour, so we sold that room to another guest. He said he would be back because he really liked that room. By the way, the lock is a self-lock and can't be opened without a key. Simple and safe. Don't know what you mean " broken lock". Did you enter without a key?

No one at front desk when I tried to check in at 3;30pm. Left and stayed at the Quality Inn instead. Was very sketchy neighbourhood, next to a Casino and all the problems that come with addicted gamblers stealing from cars, should have security. No one noticed I was there to check in, so I left, had to pee and didn't want to pee against a wall

Staff was cleaning rooms, phone number on the office gate, didn't know why you didn't read nor dial. Never met addicted gamblers and Yorkton's been safe. Elementary school teacher taught kids here that it's not good behavior to pee anywhere. The phone calls you left on Expedia have always been unanswered.

Door faces on a big ugly asphalt lot. There was more posting of charges for any missing or damaged item. But it was basically clean and had the required basics. One serious problem was a dangerously slippery bathtub with no slip free mat

The room was large and well equiped. The outside of the buildings and grounds were rundown. The price was low and access was good. It was a basic unit worth a night's stay. If you are looking for luxury this is not it. The owner was helpful and very pleasant.

Sorry for the wedding bride‘s unrestrained screaming and shouting in the motel that night. Not only you, but also all the other customers complained about the bride. I talked to them about their bad behavior, and they said they would never come again. We cannot change them into good people, but we can keep them away.

Liked everything okay but did not like the couple who I think rent one of the rooms on a monthly basis fighting and yelling at night. The second night the police arrived and stopped the fighting.

About that couple who bothered you, they are customers too. It was said that the man hit his woman and the woman locked the door and kept the man outside, and the man hit the door and shouted to the woman, then the woman called the RCMP, then the man was taken by RCMP, then and the woman took all the man's stuff and went away, then you give us 3 stars instead of 5 stars.

The owner was nice but thats about it. Worst ever motel stay of my life, I'd rather forget. There were little "warning" signs everywhere & if you didn't obey those rules there would be extra charges. First the floor was filthy. Not swept or vacuumed. From the front door to the bed our socks were black. The beds were atleast clean. The thermostat was at 25° with a sign saying not to adjust. It was 13° outside no need for high heat. There was a kitchenette which we refused to use for obvious reasons. The cutlery & random dishes looked like they were thrown in the cupboard, hair, bugs & all. There was also an empty liquor bottle & empty beer cans under the sink, no dish soap to be found. But "if dishes are left dirty then a fee will be charged." The fridge was the cleanest thing, it must be new. Filthy coffee maker. The bathroom.. The hand soap which was watered down had about 1/8 of soap left if that. The toilet paper roll was half empty & we were not allowed anymore. There were two towels & it was a hassel getting two more but yet its a room with two (not so) double beds, 4 people?? Last but not least BLACK MOLD everywhere. I would have walked right out when we arrived but every other place in town was booked. Expedia price was $80 a night but my bill came to $200. I have picture's to prove my words. I hate that I wasted money there I will never be staying there again & it should be shut down. Also the wifi didnt work.

You asked Expedia for a refund of 2 nights rental after you and your family happily stayed here for 2 nights and a late check out. Your refund request was refused, then you wrote this story and complained to the Health Authority. Expedia refused you, and the Health Authority has come to inspect and believes that we are good. Definitely, we are not flawless, but we have been doing our best. By the way, I inquired about other hotels and motels and there were rooms available that night. I don't know if other motels and hotels have their own lists or not, but we have one. No room available for the people on that list.
