The hotel is in renovation so some thins may not fully operational however I’d stay again. Staff is excellent from front desk, dining to cleaning staff.

Pardon their dust!
It was really good! Staff was great! Can’t wait to see all of the upgrades! The rooms were still nice and the bed was very comfy. No complaints.

Very good overall.
Overall, our stay was very good. The staff at this Hampton Inn are very cordial and helpful. Only negative comment is our room was a bit noisy. The toilet had an issue as well the room frig.

Family Reunion
Well maintained, some things are "dated," however they are upgrading, already working on the fourth floor. From the common areas to our room, the entire facility was spotless. You could almost eat off the floor. Most of our interaction was with the front staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist. Overall a 5 stars out of five stars.

Never stay again. Front desk was rude. Inside pool was inoperable even though we called ahead and asked about condition. Found roaches. Asked front desk for another room. They denied saying they were full but the parking lot was empty.

Hello Amanda, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. After taking the time to investigate your experience, we discovered that you did not stay with us. You called to cancel your reservation the day of arrival and asked Expedia to waive the cancellation fee. Since we were unable to honor your request, you felt the need to fabricate an experience that never took place at out hotel. We do not have roaches, our pool is alway open and available to our guests. I know not receiving a refund can be devastating but to pretend you stayed at our hotel with an horrible experience is very disheartening as we aim daily to provide the best guest experience. If you wanted the cancellation fee waived, speaking to the General Manager would of been the right thing to do. Due to these false allegations, at this time, no refund will be issued. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your experience but due to the fact that you did not stay at our hotel, we are unable to make this right. Thanks

The shower was so dirty with many black hairs around the edge of the tub and dirt stains. It was disgusting. The fridge did not work. They hotel itself looked very nice, but the room was not clean.

Nice sized king suite. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to move the dog walking area to just outside the side door to make it closer.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Two years ago it was just fine. Not sure if ownership has changed, but not good this time around. Cold showers, broken refrigerator, loud beds ( could hear people just changing positions in other rooms and our own) and dog hair everywhere. It is really sad this is only one of three in yorkville to choose from, close to where we visit friends every year. We will be taking my business elsewhere. Reported this to the front desk staff upon check out. Have yet to hear back from management.

Hello anonymous. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Your feedback is very important to us as it helps us to improve. Our hotel has hot water and all you needed to do let it run for a few moments. If you let us know of any problems at checkout time, it is too late for us to address any issues. The best time is when you are still in your room. At that time, we can switch you to another room or try to fix any problems you may be experiencing. About your hearing other people changing positions on their beds, our walls are not that thin for you to be able to do that. Thank you

Hello Dennis. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you caught us in the middle of wedding season and even after cleaning the garbage, it gets filled again pretty fast. I'm sorry you had to witness the overflow of garbage during your stay. I promise it won't be like that during your next visit.

The person who checked me in wasn’t the best. I waited in the lobby for a bit, no one came out. Decided to go our stuff and my kids and come back. We then waited some more so I called the hotel and he came out. He seemed to be in a rush to get my room despite being quiet late with no one else around. Unknowingly to us, he gave out us in the room next to the laundry, even though the hotel was pretty vacant. At 630am, I was woken up to the sound of the washer and dryer, like they were in the room with us. Other than that, it was fine for the one thing we used it for. Sleep- even though we were all woken up a lot earlier than we had anticipated due to the noise.

I love the digital key option through the Hilton app. Made everything very easy. The hotel is updated and clean, the room was wonderfully quiet. Comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room, and a nice big bathroom. This is my second stay here and I would definitely choose it again.

I don't normally give a bad review unnecessarily. But here there was no house keeping. I believe Hilton is trying to cut corners by making house keeping optional. Even i have to bargain to get a clean set of towels. TV and remote needs upgrade. Breakfast was good, exceeded the expectations.
