The Little Creek Cabin - Get Your Nature On!

The Little Creek Cabin is een charmant huis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers voor maximaal 9 gasten. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser. Het huis heeft ook een wasmachine en droger. De familiekamer heeft een open haard (hout voorzien in het seizoen), satelliet-tv, wifi en veel zitplaatsen, evenals een tweepersoons slaapbank. De bonuskamer heeft een tweede open haard, een tweepersoons slaapbank en een eenpersoonsbed. Het grote, eigen terras heeft een gas-BBQ en een overdekte ruimte, perfect om te grillen / dineren onder de sterren. Er is een brug die uitkijkt over een kleine kreek die door het pand loopt. De achterkant van het pand steunt op onontwikkeld Yosemite National-bos, perfect voor het bekijken van dieren in het wild en eenzaamheid. Deze woning is * huisdiervriendelijk, maximaal 2 huisdieren.

This little community just beyond the Mariposa Grove near the south entrance to the park is a real treasure! And this cabin was very commodious, For the two of us and would have accommodated another couple or several family members easily. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated and are very nice, especially the kitchen. Very well appointed kitchen. The beds are comfy and there are many blankets and quilts to keep you warm and a multitude of board games to keep you occupied should you get snowed in!Very pretty setting also, right on a creek with Incense cedars and there is a deck to enjoy sunsets and starlight!Thank you for the use of this lovely house!

The cabin is in a large community called The Redwoods, so communications, check-in, etc. are with The Redwoods, not the cabin owner. The map provided by The Redwoods was not to scale which made it difficult to find the office to check in. We arrived at about 4:45 pm, and the office was already closed so we found our check in paperwork in an envelope (even though our name was spelled incorrectly). The cabin itself was great and so is the location within Yosemite National Park. We had plenty of room for four of us. We used the grill and the kitchen to cook both nights we were there. We also used the washer and dryer since we were in the middle of a two week vacation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but because of the large community and impersonal management, it didn't have the "homey" feel of a typical vrbo rental.

Would recommend to anyone staying in Yosemite. Very clean and comfortable home in a nice area. A bit of a drive to some parts of the park, but we would rent again if we came back.

We stayed for 10 days and had an amazing time. Being in the park and in such a spacious and cozy home was more than we could have hoped for.

We had a group of 5 who were very comfortable at this cabin. The neighborhood and Redwoods was a a great place to stay. Information and communication were excellent. Packet pickup was extremely convenient, even though we arrived after hours. There are games galore to play. The porches are excellent, particularly because you could hear the creek running and that was very soothing. There are numerous excursion opportunities in the area. The trip into other Yosemite sites took about an hour. We brought most of our supplies (e.g., food, spices, drinks) from outside of the park. However, the local market saved us numerous times. We tried to do some work remotely. The internet capability at times created few issues. This, however, did not take away from the stay at this cabin.

This Cabin/House was perfect for our Yosemite visit. All modern/renovated with large fully stocked kitchen and awesome wrap around patio. Quiet and private location relative to other cabins.

The location and amenities where first rate. It was much better than the listing could have described. Comfortable beds, quality items/furniture through out, quiet neighborhood, and lovely small waterfall next to cabin. High Recommend!

There were some challenges with the property manager communication at the beginning, for example, the pet fee was listed incorrectly on the listing. Also, could not help in determining if an early check-in was possible so that we were able to plan our visit to the grocery store, which is over an hour away. When we checked in, everything was great, it was very quick. The only issue we had in the cabin was one of the sofa beds had no sheets and the other sofa bed had sheets, but they appeared to not be clean. Location and amenities otherwise were great.

Beautiful cabin about 45 min away from Yosemite Valley. Just down the road from Chilnualna Falls… took my family on 15 minute hike to the lower falls. They loved it! The ladies at the front office were so friendly and helpful but we got there at 3:45 and were told our cabin wasn’t going to be ready for another hour. Ended up waiting until past 6 to get in. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Great location for visiting the park. You are inside the main gate, so you do not have to fight that line for entry every day. The house and deck are very nice and we found the beds comfortable for sleeping after a day outdoors. Check-in and staff were easy and helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

We used this home as our stay for our elopement in Yosemite. It was a great location, 45 minutes from the valley, next to Mariposa Grove, and the falls nearby were fantastic. The home was beautiful with an updated kitchen, deck and grill that was perfect for our dinner after the ceremony. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

Very spacious and in a great location. Pet friendly, too. So we were able to bring our dog. She (and us) loved the setting -- surrounded by trees and built around / integrated with some major boulders. Very unique. We valued having a full kitchen during our multi-day stay at Yosemite.

My family and I would definitely stay here again. Between the convence of being inside of the park, to the serenity of the neighborhood, the whole experience was fantastic. A real gem of a spot!
