'This beautiful little cabin was absolutely perfect for me the wife and the three year-old son. If you enjoy wildlife, there are plenty of elk just roaming around the neighborhood. It is very cool. The cabin is clean and cozy. I recommend this property where a two bedroom can accommodate your needs.'

'House was clean, good ac, and host had fun boardgames. Easy to access. Well lit at night and the beds were cozy. A few downsides were all the tables ( inside and out) only sat four people. We were a group of 5. There is no dishwasher which is not a necessity but having a dishwashing stand would have been handy. We had 3 kids with us. Having some plastic cups and plates available would be a helpful addition to ease a mom's constant worry her kid might drop something. Other additional suggestions...

'Great Trip! Whispering Pines is a hidden gem! I took my wife and 3 children (Ages 7,9,11) for Mother's Day weekend. The weather was perfect with plenty of areas to explore near the river fishing and around the mountainside hunting for geodes. 'It was nice and clean. Not fond of the location right off the highway but luckily it was not a busy time so the traffic was not an issue. We had an issue with the hot tub erroring and since it was kind of late we didn’t contact the manager until the next day, which we were leaving so it didn’t matter at that point. Overall it was clean and quiet.'

'This was the best choice we made for our anniversary. The treehouse was perfect. Under it was a great patio with fireplace and the best view of the lake. The property has so many places to enjoy and relax! Fishing was a dream. The bass were small but next year they will be ready to eat.
