'The inside was very nice and roomy and very clean, but property was listed as having a parking space and a king-size bed Was disappointed that a king-sized bed was not in the main bedroom. There were two queens, no king. The area was a bit scary, not the best location, but the privacy fence in back helped. Only parking was on street.'

Unfortunately, I suspect there contractors are doing them dirty because of the issues we did encounter. Not all of the furniture was assembled properly. 'My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. 'This property fit our needs perfectly! 4 bedrooms, walking distance to everything and great tips from the host! Communication was great!! I didn’t pay attention to outside space when booking but yard was large enough for lawn games and fenced in for small kids or pets!'

'We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. 'I was a little taken aback by the neighborhood at first but it turned out to be a nice and quiet stay. Having the garage for off street parking was nice. Also the house was exactly how it was described on the website. Very clean and cozy. We were only a 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls and the rainbow bridge to Ontario. I would definitely stay here again. '

"Het is een prettig hotel dat ongeveer een kwartier van de Niagara Falls rijden ligt. Hotel ligt rustig gelegen aan het water. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en ook ruime badkamer. Parkeren is gratis en beperkt, maar er is een groot parkeerplaats t/o het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er (Amerikaans) ontbijt geserveerd. Van de faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hotel is super fijn voor bezoek aan de Niagara Falls. "
