The home is located in a quiet, noise-sensitive neighborhood, and guests are expected to keep noise to a respectful level throughout their stay. Outdoor speakers and amplified music are not permitted at any time. The home is intended for guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the National Park. Excessive noise or violations of our noise policy may result in fines and the termination of your reservation without refund.*

Desert Sunsets Wellness Villa is a Spanish-inspired hilltop home in Yucca Valley, made for wellness, rest and time together, and featured on Destination Channel's "Staycation" series. Terracotta floors, warm textures and considered décor give it the feel of a small boutique resort, and eight dramatic arched windows fill the soaring great room with light while framing the valley and mountains. The living room, dining area and kitchen flow together, and four bedrooms share three full bathrooms and a half bath, for no more than 10 overnight guests. It suits families and friend groups who want a quiet, noise-sensitive setting, a full set of wellness amenities and big views. Sauna, swim, repeat, then watch the mountains change color.

The hilltop outdoor space is the heart of the villa. The expansive pool and lounge deck look out over the valley and distant mountains, a setting for sunny afternoons and sunset drinks. The wellness amenities, a barrel sauna, hot tub and steam room, make it easy to move between heat and a cool swim. Shaded lounge areas give you somewhere comfortable to sit all day, and outdoor dining and seating invite long meals with the desert all around. As evening settles, gather around the fire pit, watch the mountains change color and stay out for the stars.

The great room is bright and striking, with soaring ceilings and eight arched windows that frame the landscape. Natural light highlights the terracotta floors and warm materials, and comfortable group seating suits slow mornings and cozy evenings after a day in Joshua Tree. The open layout connects the living area to the dining area and kitchen.



-The Speakeasy Lounge-

Tucked away from the bright main rooms, the speakeasy is a moodier space for evening entertainment, with a pool table, a bar area, ambient lighting and comfortable seating. It is the place for games, cocktails, photos and late-night conversation while staying indoors and respectful of the quiet neighborhood.



-Kitchen and Dining-

The fully equipped kitchen has cookware, appliances and everyday essentials for cooking throughout your stay. It opens to the dining and living areas, so everyone stays part of the conversation, and the large dining area suits shared breakfasts and celebratory dinners. When the weather invites you outside, the outdoor dining space is another option.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

The villa has four bedrooms with warm styling, premium linens and a calm atmosphere. The spacious primary suite has its own ensuite bathroom, and the additional bedrooms work well for families and groups. There are three full bathrooms and a half bath, and the home accommodates no more than 10 overnight guests.

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! Please note that there are a few supply closets that are locked that house supplies for the rental.
