Inside, each of the 4 en-suite bedrooms offers comfort, and the garage is set up with a pool table and yoga mats for extra fun.



You will have full access to the whole property during your stay through a digital code and set of keys.

PARKING
- Up to 4 cars can fit on the driveway, 2 in the garage.
- No street parking.
- Max # of cars: 6

PETS
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
- If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

**Please Note:**

If you plan to use or rent an ATV during your stay, please be mindful of noise levels and potential disturbances to neighbors. We kindly request that you use designated off-road trails to minimize any impact on the surrounding environment and community. Riding any at a or off road toys on the property is not allowed.

Outdoor Surveillance: We have an exterior camera facing the driveway for the guests' safety.

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour

◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
