Or take it outside and eat on the patio with the warm breeze and a chilled glass of wine.

At the Desert Rocks home, you`ll find a full bathroom off the master bedroom with a gorgeous soaking tub. Located next to the second + third bedrooms are a full and half bathroom. The ideal place to knock out a few games of ping pong, darts, or pool this game room is the ultimate kids haven or mancave. Our outdoor oasis has been thoughtfully designed to create conversation, spaces to lounge in, and fully relax into the bliss of the desert. Along the side of the house are two seating areas with fire pits to take a moment to feel the stillness of the desert. The back of the home has a seating area around a large firepit next to a grill and bar area, perfect for a barbecue with your whole group. Also in the back we have a hot tub for stargazing and a cowboy pool with sun loungers for when you need a cool dip after soaking in the desert sun.

Most destinations can be reached with a standard car. You do not need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to get around in the high desert. However, please be prepared for the possibility of encountering bumpy roads, it`s essential to drive at a slower pace and exercise caution.
✦ Our pool and spa maintenance services are twice a week. It takes about 10 minutes to service and will be performed in the outdoor area only. The pool is not heated.

✦ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome and there is a one-time fee. Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

- Please keep pets off of all furniture.
- When outside the house, dogs must be leashed at all times to mitigate the potential dangers posed in the High Desert.
- Owners must promptly clean up after their pets and deposit waste in a plastic bag, placing it in the garbage.
(Unauthorized dog will be fined $500)
◈ Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs:
No lifeguard will be on duty at the pool, and guests swim at their own risk.
- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- No Pets in the pool or hot tub.
- The pool should not be used by intoxicated individuals.
- Never use the pool when alone, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14.
- All drinks must be served in unbreakable containers.
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any hour.
- For hot tubs, ensure the cover is fully removed before use, and avoid sitting or lying on the cover.
Please note that neither the host, the Property owner, nor their employees, or agents can guarantee the safety of individuals using property with a pool. As a result, you, the Guest, are responsible for any losses, costs, damages, claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from pool use by yourself, other occupants, your guests, or your pets.
Guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the host, the Property owner, and their employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all losses, costs, expenses, claims, liabilities, and causes of action resulting from the use of a pool on the Property by Guest, members of Guest`s household, Guest`s guests, or invitees.
