The host was very nice and quick to respond to queries. The amenities at this property were wonderful. Our group enjoyed the open floor plan, swimming pool, pool table and foosball.

Priorities

If cleanliness is on your list of priorities, do not stay here. Location was great for us, size was nice, pool was nice … but it was all dwarfed by the lack of cleanliness (filthy floors, sour-smelling towels, dirty coffee cups in cupboards, dead roaches on the floors, mold in bathtub corners) and inadequate plumbing ( backed up sinks and tubs and standing smelly water in dishwasher). Very unpleasant experience overall.

Yuma House

This location was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay and there was lots of room. The pool and game room make this a great place to stay.

Annual Yuma Geocaching Week

Spent 5 days here. Once again the property was clean, well maintained and Very well equipped kitchen. Also lots of recreational amenities that will exceed normal expectations. There was one minor maintenance issue, but that was quickly addressed by the owner's rep within a couple of hours after we reported it. We will definitely use it again if it is available.

Sunny Yuma retreat!

Our stay was excellent! Cleanest home rental we've ever stayed in. We had an issue with one of the showers not draining properly but the owner had someone out within the hour to fix it.

Home is conveniently located in Yuma. Everything is five to ten minutes away. Accessing home was easy and ability to call the property manager always resulted in a satisfactory outcome. Cleanliness in showers, tubs and the pool could have been better, but it is an older home. Kitchen utensils and cooking supplies need to be replaced. Totally acknowledging that the home may not have been occupied for a while and its location, but we had to kill quite a few bugs. I really love tv's in all the bedrooms; not common in home rentals. Also really appreciate the plentiful number of towels provided in the home. Overall satisfactory stay relative to the price paid.

Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Well equipped kitchen and lots of extra recreational amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the pool or patio BBQ, etc. but the pool looked clean and well maintained. We would definitely book this again.

All around clean and roomy house. We are a family of seven and fit comfortably. I was contacted by the owner before even arriving and he responded quickly and was easy to reach by text/phone.

Great home to stay in when visiting family in Yuma

Overall it’s a great house. It has everything you need and a lot of space if you have a big family. The only downside was the beds. They aren’t as comfortable as we would have liked but were good enough.

Very spacious except for lack of seating in family room. The pool was great! However whoever cleans this property should be fired. Towels smelled sour, plumbing issues ( stand in water while showering , sink in kitchen backed up, standing water in the dishwasher that smells awful) mold in corners of shower, dirty coffee cups in the cupboards, and the complete worst was filthy floors. My grandson crawled in the floor for 10 min and had BLACK hand and knees. I had to go to store to buy a mop and cleaning products. It took 3 times mopping the floor to clean that floor !! I also had to pick up several roaches !! So so so disappointing. We definitely left it cleaner than when we arrived . I reached out to the owner and he never responded. I would not recommend this property at all. When you have dirty dishes in the cupboard and sour-smelling towels and FILTHY floors, it’s hard to look past that and enjoy your time .

The layout of the house was great! We loved the backyard and pool area. Our biggest complaint was that the fridge smelled like rotting fish any time we opened it it stunk up the house terribly. When we contacted the owner and he said the cleaners had informed him the fridge had a smell, but nothing was done prior to our arrival The owners brother in law eventually brought over a mini fridge, but we had to continue to use the freezer which made anything that we put in the freezer take in the smell. The utensils and cabinets all needed to be cleaned when we arrived as everything was covered in grease or oil. The dryer takes two cycles before the clothes are dryIf it wouldn’t have been for all the kitchen issues it would have been an amazing place to stay

Great Home For Family!

We really enjoyed this home with our college age grandchildren. The nice open floor plan allowed for everyone to interact while playing pool, watching football on the large screen TV and cooking/barbecuing. It was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The home is located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. Steve, the owner, was great to work with making our stay a very enjoyable experience. Thanks!

Host was great. Home was ok.. here are a few things :Kitchen faucet is falling off Bathroom by laundry room -the toilet paper holder (right side) falls off the cabinet when you replace the toilet paper. Also there is not a blow dryer under the cabinet that is marked blow dryer. BBQ was out of propane, ignition doesn’t work and first knob spins all the way around. There is mold in the master bath shower. Just a suggestion, garbage cans would be nice in each bedroom.
