'A bit tired could use a bit of refresh. When I first booked the property the picture showed a walk in shower in on of the bathrooms, not so. I went to Walmart to purchase a tub mat, the tub was very slippery and no grab bars, I’m 78. Overall the property was comfortable and spacious , when family came to visit. The common grounds were well kept , but the pool was not very clean, pool furniture was scarce and the hot tub was nasty, but I’m sure that is an HOA issue .'

'The house was great and clean. It needs a bit of TLC. We only had a problem with the pool pump not working and the jacuzzi not being able work the water was cold. The host was great and answer all my questions. '

'We didn't do much cooking but it was so wonderful to have a full kitchen! Not something you get with a hotel room. All the amenities of home! Very comfortable and convenient location in Yuma. '

'This was a terrific stay we enjoyed everything about it. The condo was clean, cute, well equipped a short walk out the front door to the pool. The complex was near by to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We ordered groceries from walmart picked up the rental car and then picked up the groceries on the way to the condo. So easy. Karen responded to all my questions within minutes and was so nice to deal with I don't think i would consider staying any place else in Yuma. Thanks Karen'

Goed geslapen, ondermaats ontbijt.

"Kamer was prima, de ontvangst was super vriendelijk maar bij de check-out was het heel wat minder. Ontbijt stelde héél weinig voor, zelfs geen water ter beschikking. In onze 3 weken durende vakantie was hier het minst scorende ontbijt. Jammer! "
