'The building is old and everything is a little cramped.
But the great thing are the hotel owners and staff.
The lady is very accommodating and friendly and she did her best to accommodate our requests.
The building is so near the mountain so we don't have to pay for additional parking and just walk from the hotel.
We'd love to return there again for next New Year's skiing!'

'The view of the slopes was fantastic. The room was adequately spacious. We love that each room had lockers for our ski gear. Of course, the best part of this hotel is that you can just walk out of the hotel straight to the ski lifts. Outside of skiing, it's convenient that we can just walk around the massive building complex to shop or eat. '

'Takanoya is a wonderful traditional ryukan style onsen. I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and well kept, the onsen is hot and private, and the proprietor is thoughtful and generous.'

'Kinta and his family are very great hosts. The breakfast every morning was a delight. Evening dinner meals were even better. A very warm and cozy hotel. A great little bar area. Very good rental gear. All in all an absolutely top hotel experience. 10 out of 10! We would highly recommend staying at Kinta Naeba. '
