'施設はそれなりに経年劣化している部分はありますが、水回りにはちゃんと手を入れているし、掃除もきちんとしているのであまり古さは気になりませんでした。 朝晩のブュッフェ形式の食事はとても美味しくお刺身やイクラが沢山食べれて大満足でした。 お風呂はやや熱くとても良い温泉でした。GWでも料金がかなりリーズナブルだったのでとても満足しています。また利用したいと思いました。'

'Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....

'The room smelt at cigarettes. There was no a la carte available, very expensive buffet or course menu. The buffet was not very tasteful. You have to pay for fitness and swimming pool, abnormal high amount. Price-quality not in line!'
