'Hotel location, facilities and amenities was great and met our short stay in Charlotte. The staff and service provided was excellent. Close to lot of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The room was spacious and bonus to have a kitchen. It served our purposes for a quick visit. I would definitely stay here again👍'

'The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The furniture needs to be updated. And the cleaning staff only surface cleans. But overall it’s a lovely establishment and providing complementary breakfast & free drinks in the evening was a pleasant surprise.'

The only real downside was breakfast. While the staff was also friendly, the setup felt a bit disorganized, and the price seemed high for the quality and variety offered.
That said, I’d absolutely return – the friendly service, comfort, and cleanliness made it a great stay, and I would just pass on the breakfast. '

Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'Kamer was constant heel vochtig, zelfs met de airco aan. Douche deed het niet (is wel gerepareerd), deur lag half uit de sponning, ging heel moeilijk open en dicht.
Doorgezakte bedden, ontbijt was niks, alleen ingepakte muffin, fruitreep en koffie.
Keuken was helemaal leeg, geen bestek, pannen, etc.. Afzuigkap had niet eens een filter.
Echt het slechtste hotelkamer die we ooit hebben gehad.'
'The bed in the room was sooooo comfortable. We were not expecting to have to pay a $100 deposit tho. I had to dig thru the hotel info on expedia and read some seriously fine print about the deposit. It should be listed at the beginning of the reservation so the people can expect it. Other than that, i was blown away by how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was. '
